gaggle64 Posted January 13, 2008 Posted January 13, 2008 I can take her or leave her personally. Her music is enjoyable slice of pop, but sounds too much like an extension of everything else on the radio. I'm looking for a fresh spark, y'know?

The fish Posted January 13, 2008 Posted January 13, 2008 I listened to Cobra Starship for the first time in ages today - they're still every bit as awesome! :awesome:
AshMat Posted January 13, 2008 Posted January 13, 2008 Gah, that's just typical Pendulum bollocks right there. But even worse than usual.
thirtynine. Posted January 13, 2008 Posted January 13, 2008 I just actually listened to that pendulum tune, it made me say Hi there linkin park. God its terrible.

Twozzok Posted January 14, 2008 Posted January 14, 2008 Well, i'm gonna do a little self promotion due to uploading a new song (not really a song just testing a new technique and it was coool) Very few, if any, of you will like it, but I like it, and maybe you will too. http://www.myspace.com/farjill

(I'm assuming it is the track called Experimental)
Davey_T Posted January 14, 2008 Posted January 14, 2008 I've touted them for years on this site. I know a few other members like them too. Saw them live last year at brixton. TDAGARIM isn't as good as Deja Entendu, but it's certainly not a bad album Have you heard teh 9 unrealsed songs that got leaked before TDAG~ was released? Supposedly all b-sides that didn't make it onto the album. There's a couple of gems there. Yeah i got the demos (Y). They re recorded and released one of them called Fork And Knife which is brill. I must agree that Deja is better but Devil and God is still brilliant. I also like their first one quite a lot too.
Daniel Posted January 14, 2008 Posted January 14, 2008 one of pendulums new songs : freaking awesome : peace: I was at that gig in leeds on NYE and everysingle person that was there loved that song including me so go ahead and hate them/me but it was one of the best nights ive had in a long time

Hem Posted January 14, 2008 Posted January 14, 2008 Why has no one mentioned Pitchforks lists yet? Or did I miss the discussion?
Oxigen_Waste Posted January 14, 2008 Posted January 14, 2008 Why has no one mentioned Pitchforks lists yet? Or did I miss the discussion? Yeah... pitchfork is always reliable. I love them. I truly do.
Ashley Posted January 14, 2008 Posted January 14, 2008 I have never recalled anybody saying they are going to purchase (or have purchased) Linkin Park's album. Hmmm.
Oxigen_Waste Posted January 14, 2008 Posted January 14, 2008 On a side note... has anyone here ever actually spent some time listening to the master that is Burial? I recommend this Dubstep artist to EVERYONE who's alive. I mean that... he's that good. Get ahold of his album Untrue, if you can. Here, listen for yourself.
AshMat Posted January 14, 2008 Posted January 14, 2008 I have never recalled anybody saying they are going to purchase (or have purchased) Linkin Park's album. Hmmm. I'm off to see them in a few weeks, cannot wait. Despite what people might say, i still love em :p
