I wouldn't really trust LAME with anything at the minute. I have been browsing their website loads today, trying to sort out my pre-orders for the rest of the year (of which there are many) and half of them say 'in stock'. Sonic Generations for the 3DS is showing in stock so therefore I don't wanna click 'buy' in case they charge me for it! Unlikely, but since this new site layout - which I think is total shit - they don't seem to be able to get anything right. If it weren't for the reward points then I would go elsewhere. But then saying that, they are meant to offer double reward points on pre-orders. But I have added games that aren't out yet to my pre-order list and it says I will earn the normal amount in points - not double. LAME always have to do something to piss me off. So now I have had to send an email to them to ask what's going on. It'll ake about 3 days for a response probably but I will post their response once I get it for those interested.

Just kind of rediscovered Natalie Bassingthwaighte. Unnecessarily long surname! i remember her as being Izzy in Neighbours (when it was good), but most may know her as the front woman of Rogue Traders (Here come the drums, here come the drums ) Anyway turns out she has a solo album out in Australia which was released a couple of years ago (2009) and it's pretty good! She quite Rogue Traders to go solo and has had success in Oz. She has a decent voice. This song is stuck in my head at the minute!

Having been so close to the full 1000 on Sonic Unleashed (then giving up) I am determined to 1000 this bad boy. Plus this looks a million times better than Unleashed so I am excited!

Have you guys heard her last album 'Delta'? That is very good indeed. Not as good in my opinion as her debut, but still a great album to own. Spotify all the way for free listening! She was supposed to release a new album in 2011 but nothing so far has been confirmed or denied. Nor have we heard any tracks from her. Guess i'll just have to be patient! To keep with the thread topic, i'm loving Rihanna's new track. It's been produced by Calvin Harris and will be the single to launch her 6th studio album to be relased in November. Called 'We Found Love'. It's a grower. This isn't the best version:

Yup i totally agree with what you say. I remember thinking (please dont think i am wii bashing when i say this) but i remember thinking that the lack of sharpness and blurry textures wer part of the problem in this game. With the ps360 sonic games they look amazing even when sonic is at full speed blitzing through levels. This game not so much, and it often led to me losing sonic on the screen when there was a hell of a lot going on. That led to a few deaths / stops in gameplay. But overall i loved sonic colours. And i loved how they kind of toned down the annoying voice overs from the previous games and actually made the cut scenes pretty lol worthy!

I am in a bit of a dilemma with this one as i never finished the game on the wii when i had it and have since sold it. I was really excited when this was announced as i thought it'd finally be a definitive version with HD graphics, move support, trophies / acheevo's etc. But the more i read bout it the more it kinda puts me off. I mean the graphics are hardly updated and there is no move support. And it worked so well on the Wii. Plus its quite a pricey game when i could pick it up on the Wii for fairly cheap now (im guessing). Just seems slightly excessive for a game that has had a few different versions now. And they havent even really tried with it either. But i really feel like playing it again. Hhmmm. Anyone dowloaded it and have thoughts / opinions on how it compares to the other versions?

Yup I also got the email. And would also happily change pre-orders to GAME if the option was there - for the points. They mustn't have many of these editions though. Isn't the gold ring that comes with it individually numbered? My guess is these are in small quantities. So i'm pleased i got mine pre-ordered!!

I am excited about this yeah! Not so sure about using the stylus to scrape the screen off my 3ds but hey! Hope its a decent collection of mini games that suits handheld gaming, rather than a load of mind numbing quick button presses. Definitely keeping my eye on it!

She does amaze me. Song writing ability is fantastic. Apparently this video was one of the most expensive ever made around the time. Took 2 days to film but 6 weeks to complete the special effects! I love all the mystical characters she plays in it too - she looks stunning! This is a great song. Wish she would write new music!! My favourite ever song by her is The Analyst. Amazing.

Very excited about this. This is the kind of game the 3DS was made for. DS nowhere near powerful enough to run something like this but the 3DS will do it with ease. Also, its a great game to show off the 3d so I expect an amazing looking game. It's Mario. Its pick up and play. Its a 'real' handheld game. Verrrry excited!!

I haven't actually heard any of their stuff to be honest! I have Spotify though, so I will definitely look into them. From my small understanding though, they are much 'heavier' sounding? I'll give it a whirl though! You may have introduced me to more great music! Again!

How weird that i was browsing through my music collection and i put Nicki Minaj on, came into the general thread and saw a post on the lady herself! I really like her. She has 'sickening eyes'

I think I will definately be getting one (no doubt on launch), but I'm not sure if its going to be as good a 'handheld' experience as what Nintendo will be offering by the end of the year. I say this because as good as the games look - a lot of them are home console experiences on a handheld. And in the past, this hasn't really worked. I think that is part of the reason the original PSP didn't really rival the DS. I personally would rather play the new unchartered on a TV screen with a controller. Though, I hope it will surprise me and provide a great handheld experience too. Lets face it, the Vita is without doubt powerful enough to provide a home console experience on a handheld. Just hope i'm not left wishing I had a control pad to play the games with!

Looks like the flare red 3DS is making its way to Europe! Shopto have it listed on their site for release in October. http://www.shopto.net/3DS/VIDEO%20GAMES/3DSHW12-Nintendo%203DS%20Red.html Im suprised actually as i thought Nintendo would try and bundle the red console up with something like Mario Kart. Anyway nice to see Europe aren't getting left out!
