Yeah. I like it. Me and my friends think that now they just have to sort out the uselessness of groups. Because of all the "If 1,000,000 people join, I'll kill myself!" groups, people just join these shits and never return to them. It means that groups like my juggling one get clustered along with them on the groups page, and members never check back when new wall posts/updates are made. Inner-sigh :P Danny; do you have any relatives named "robert"?

Finished Arrested Development, and thoroughly enjoyed it The end did feel midly rushed, but the whole in/out of prison stuff was slightly getting stale/repetitive. I look forward to the movie, and rewatching the show New Supernatural and Smallville tomorrow. Word on the street, Smallville's not going to be anything epic, but I've got my fingers crossed for Supernatural. Flipside: I need a new show to watch. Again. Any suggestions? Big Love is a maybe, but anything else? -
Just had about 30 mins where I went from "omgomgomg... where am I gonna Live what am I going to DO will I have any MONEY will I have a DEGREE" to a sort of... mellow, almost-excited feeling for the future. Key ingredient? Well-placed text from the ex. So now I have my essay deadlines all written down (first one is MONDAY) and... well this is it. Do or die. I'll pass this fucking degree with a 2:1 and I'll ask my dad for some money and I'll move in with some friend(s) and some stranger(s) and everything will be FINE.

Good for you, Gizmo Sidenote: I has more Brand New muzak than you. Tis true. My freshly-reborn girl issue! I'm not pursuing anything at all. I care for her wellbeing, mostly as a friend, but Ellmeister started putting horrible, romantic, unlogical thoughts into my head that I am doing my darn best to break down with rational thinking. At worst, I no longer feel I can hate her at all; mostly because she placed a lot of trust in me while we were talking yesterday. And because she will be the mother of my book. But just talking to her and getting it out of my system has given me a breath or two. I am the windchime and I sing again!

If you ever buy a jar of chilis or dried tomatoes, try cooking eggs in the oil in the jar. Gives them a nice kick/smooth taste. Omelettes are The Win, mind you. Use the oil and a few chopped bits of the fruit (gotta be PC there) and creamier cheese than cheddar and... mmmmmy GOD it's delish!

You've won this, been published a few times, had a 'work of the day' thing (is that my imagination?) ... Aimless is right. You're simply not allowed to put yourself down again until you have a year like the rest of us - unsuccessful and sad. I would say tell us where and we'll buy them but it's probably better if we buy them from you via redbubble and let word of you spread to the noobs in london!

Yeah, that's the real dilemma :P I still think Viedt, as the smartest man in the world knew better than anyone the equations going into/coming out of what he did. As I said before, the book's only "buuut..." moment is really teh clock, but as I also said, that could represent what happened in a couple of ways. Viedt sacrificed himself for humanity while Rorshach sacrificed others (and in a way his own humanity) as part of a plan that had no ending. Rorshach had the right intention but his methods would never get him there. I think Viedt was right. I wouldn't do it myself, but I do.

I want kids. Eventually. I'm sure it's easier for men to contemplate it, seeing as they don't go through 9 months of physical strain followed by potentially dozens of hours of labour. No, we just get psychologically abused throughout all that time... We all know chavs from school with two or three kids by now, but what's weird is that a couple of the really nice, mature girls are starting to have kids -- in a grown up fashion; on maternity leave, with a husband or long-term boyfriend... I can understand why women get broody after a while - all their peers are doing it, so aren't you? I also want a dog and maybe a couple of cats. -
No word of a lie - was watching a nina simone vid last night and where she goes apeshit at the end... I actually said "this is kinda like what I was saying in the screaming thread" -- the subtleties and build-ups. Win!

Could be Akuma, I'm not a big SF fan but I presume he's not that nice a fella. I'm sure people with investigative powers will say stuff as soon as they find anything. People with protective powers can then assure their safety without having to be explicit about who they are.

Most covered song ever? I don't know, or truly care enough to google, but here's one of 57 versions of The House of the Rising Sun, with some vids ILLEAGLED! Tori Amos, The Animals, Dylan, Muse, Sinnead O'Connor, Dolly Parton, Bon Jovi... and others. It's quite cool to see some different takes. personally The Animals Original (I believe?) is joint fave with Dylan's. The Animals' is just so freaky! Oh, just noticed there's a Gary Glitter cover too. lol.

I've got the most spiffingly brilliant idea for a novel that I'm giving inanimate objects stiffies purely from the aura I'm giving off. Ellmeister was witness to the conception of the idea (unfortunately, he is neither mother nor father, but perhaps condom, or viagra pill?) and... Just yes. I'm so psyched for this, it is untrue. New life plan: 1) Write this book. 2) ??? 3) ??? ... Yeah success is supposed to go there but FUCK it. If I write this book, i'll be a success. Don't let me forget this!
