Yeah awesome news but... we still do't have a release date do we? I know it will be coming out just... would be nice to have a concrete date already...

Yeah but in this new age of DLC we live in, there is no need for them to bring the game to disc again just to slap a 'super' on it and a few new chars/refinements... all of this could be added via dlc surely? If they are going down the disc route again then I shan't be buying.

Hmm question... in firefight, are enemies supposed to be able to get inside the base? Because it seems most of the time they can't but... if you get a jumping Brute or a chieftan with a hammer they seem to 'glitch' themselves in... I just wondered if this is supposed to happen or not because I'm sure it isn't.

I don't have that yet so I'll make-do with the ODST helmet for now, customised myself a nice 'Triforce' logo for my armour though.

So... after having Halo 3 since its release and getting back into it after buying ODST, only tonight did I find out that you can change the appearance of your armour... I shit you not.

This happens to me quite often too when I'm at work, but partly due to what happened last time even if I find myself liking a girl at work and want to ask them out I now don't and instead ignore them, except it's not really ignoring them as such but it sure feels like it, I wasn't sure how to explain it until you posted Jay but that is indeed how it is. :/ I wish I had some advice to give other than 'don't do it because it'll end horribly-ish!' but that's based purely on my previous experience... the only thing I can say is after the first rejection things do get kind of easier if you handle things correctly but yeah... it still doesn't do much for your confidence.

The Wii looks best when stored vertically on its stand/circle but it can stand without it, when it's stored horizontally it looks terrible plus you may find over time that it gets rather hot on the underside which is a bit fail.

Pfft and here I was thinking you liked a challenge seriously... Ninja Gaiden II is difficult yes but it's not like, the hardest game ever... just that it happens to be one of the more challenging games on the 360, that's all. I've completed it once and while it was a trial and a half, it's immensely satisfying to play through the whole game, even on Normal difficulty.

Sounds pretty frickin awesome I've barely touched Firefight but if anyone's up for a game or two today, let me know, until then... Halo 3 Mythic Disc! because there's a double EXP event going on until the end of today afaik.

The thing I don't get is that though the PS3 is 'cheap' for what it is - it isn't really just that you get Blu-Ray with it - and can be upgraded with firmware and whatnot, a lot of people who've since bought a standalone Blu-Ray player reckon that the quality of watching Blu-Ray on a PS3 isn't as good. Now this makes sense because generally you get better performance out of something that's built just for that one task rather than something that's made to serve multiple purposes but I reckon it's one of those things wherby you'd only notice the difference if you'd experienced both types of player because from what I've seen of Blu-Ray on my PS3 - read very little - it does look rather nice but DVD's still look good to me too, plus my TV doesn't have 1080P so *shrugs* for now I'm still more likely to purchase DVD's because they are, on the whole, cheaper.
