I love the cover quote... "Come fly with Mario in the game of the year!" Lolol, I know they are only trying to drum up hype for it but c'mon! GOTY? hell no... Wii GOTY maybe but not overall I'll still enjoy it for the decent game it's sure to be though.

No one's really 'original' as such, 'unique' in appearance/behaviour maybe though... anyway, I don't wanna burst your bubble as you're happy Ell and you deserve to be I hope you have a good time seeing Biffy Clyro, I hear they are excellent live.

He would if he hadn't got himself permenantly banned from The Music Thread lolol. -------------------------------------------------------------------- So Martha Wainwright has a new album coming out in November complete news to me, I just happened to find it on Play but the thing is all is not as it seems... http://www.play.com/Music/CD/4-/11874565/Sans-Fusils-Ni-Souliers-A-Paris/Product.html# All of the songs are gonna be in French as it's described on the front cover as her 'Piaf Record' which I'm guessing is a reference to the late Edith Piaf as some/most/all of the songs on the album seem to be covers of her work, anyway here's a vid I found... Interestingly though she's opted not to cover perhaps Edth's most well-known song Non, je ne regrette rien anyway, I know it won't be of interest to all but just figured I'd post it.

he concept art isn't that bad... not that it matters anyway, all anyone really cares about is the actual in-game stuff which looks fucking gorgeous.

Anyone up for some multiplayer on this tonight maybe? I finally got my bluetooth headset working last night - had it for ages just not had any PS3 game to play online aside from MGS4 but long updates plus passwords = fail - and then the first random match I joined... two foreign players ... so I didn't really get to try it out as such :/ anyway I'm up for a match or two tonight if anyone else is, so for those who don't have me added on PSN and want to my ID is... Metal-Mutiny same as my Xbox Live one basically but with a " - " inbetween because someone obv saw my name on Xbox Live and decided they wanted it for their PSN - I didn't have a PS3 when it first came out - but yeah I'm the original. How have peoples experiences been with the multiplayer thus far? I've only played the co-op horder-like missions where you have to survive for "X" number of rounds and the one where you have to get the treasure... pretty fun but one thing I don't get, when the enemies grab you from behind and basically rape/strangle you it tells you to press Triangle but it does nothing ... you're just reliant on someone saving your ass lol so what's the fucking point in pressing Triangle repeatedly, unless I'm missing something?

A shame I guess but equally I'm not too fussed because I'd often find myself losing Yoshi after a level or so anyway... controling the game with nunchuk-wiimote should be interesting.

Thanks doe that Dante! Nice to see yet another seemingly classic arcade game being reworked shockingly I don't think I've ever played it! but it looks to be like one of those quirky games that's simple to play and a whole lot of fun, so count me in for whenever it gets re-released!

Too many really, I would say too many to list but I'll just list them anyway and see how far it goes... Bolding - especially in certain threads I always bold the same things. Checking Threads - I'm one of those people who'll refresh the forum a lot and check new posts in certain threads the second they are posted. Beard Stroking - I just can't help myself... especially when I've just trimmed it *strokes facial hair* stop it! >.> *slaps self* Shoulder Stroking - my own that is, I hasten to add I just kinda rub them, kind of like self-massage I guess but it's just odd I feel and Idk why I do it. Hair Twirling - When my hair is quite long I twirl it around my finger until it pulls my scalp a little, again Idk why I do it, I just dooooo! Eye Rubbing - I know it's not good for your eyes but I do this often. Lip Biting - I do this quite a bit, plus chewing the inside of my gums... >.> Plaque Scraping - this one is bad but, with very clean fingernails I scrape off any plaque that I find on my teeth, I still brush regularly but I just do this inbetween brushing, when I'm bored... that uber clean feeling afterwars... it's just satisfying. :/ Music Listening - Not as much now because I cycle to work but, when I catch the bus in and back, if I've listened to almost a whole album and I get home and am on the last track, I'll listen to the whole thing before actually going inside, it's obsessive maybe but no different to listening to music in a car, stationary when the journey is at an end and you wanted to hear the end of a track. OCD Hand Washing - At home but especially at work, we use cardinal cards to pay for stuff there but because I work with food I have to assume that everyones cards have germs on them :/ so I wash my hands each time after handling any, better safe than sorry... Cup Stacking - At work I arrange the reusable plastic beakers in a pyramid it does actually it them easier to just take one, though some people don't pay attention and knock it over, doh! but it's also kind of 'fun' for me and distracts me from the routine momentarilly. I think that's just about it, for now...

G'day mate, that's a wet one! They just promise to go on and on and on (and Ariston!) As soon as I heard that, I got up and gone Show me your Pokemon!
-
Yes! I saw that the other day when it was on, the whole show was pretty good but that moment was particularly lol-worthy.

Paper Mario of course, did you even need to ask?

This! it's just a shame that a lot of snack companies don't think this way and end up complicating the packaging and degrading their snacks...

Nice choice of song GP, as much as I prefer Ozzy's more well-known 'heavier' hits, that's a nicely done duet.

As would I but Symphony In Blue would also be in that list for me, even if you don't like Lionheart that much, surely if you had to pick one or two songs from that album then it would be one of them? For me it'd be that and Hammer Horror which you've already listed. This is true, still as an album it has a brilliant range of tracks even if a handful of them seem kind of average, there are still a great deal of brilliant tracks on it but yes I'd be inclined to agree with your more concise list.

A brilliant track, not my favourite Kate Bush song - though one of them just not 'the ultimate' - but it's still very accomplished for what it is, one of my favourites is still Symphony in Blue... ------------------------------------ Just finished listening to Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie by Alanis Morissette and I really enjoyed it a lot, almost a world apart from Jagged Little Pill but technically brilliant.

Cross me off that 'list' as I've just listened to their latest album, I liked it, well some of it but it didn't 'wow' me like I was expecting it to, still worth a listen. ------------------------------------------------ Under Rug Swept, Flavours of Entanglement and Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie arrived today gonna start listening to the latter now.

Never really liked Nik-Naks that much so this doesn't bother/concern/offend me.

Downloaded the Queen track pack 01 today, great fun, me and my Mum had a laugh attempting to sing them all on Expert - she's a massive Queen fan - some of them are pretty challenging, excellent fun anyway.
-
Munich that'd be the track you're after Wesley and an awesome song it is too.

*resents that comparison* The new Joanna Dark character model looks hot, whereas Victoria Beckham does not besides, at least she now looks more british and a lot better than the more american/crap character model used in Perfect Dark *spits* Zero... I rest my case...
