  1. Maybe they should just hire good actors? It needs to be in English for us to be able to understand it. Having it in Hylian wouldn't really solve anything as we still wouldn't be able to connect with the characters and would have to rely on the text.
  2. It's called post rock, phaggot. I'm excited for the soundtrack to this game. Hope it makes it's way onto Spotify. I'm thiiiiis fucking close to preordering that limited edition with the art book from GAME. Is there any reason not to? I'm secretly terrified that this game will not deliver.
  3. V-v-voice acting? What the- Nintendo got the memo!
  4. Ya, I don't really know why I stopped doing them. They're really satisfying. I do dips as well. Aside from bench and overhead pressing, they're the GOAT for triceps.
  5. God, music sucks. Such a lack of diversity. Muse, REM, U2, Kings of Leon, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Bryan Adams and Bruce Springsteen all have guitars. Typical rock music.
  6. I've reintroduced pull-ups and chin-ups to my routine and I'm aching in all the places that I've forgotten than you can ache.
  7. You really don't know what you're talking about. You've lumped MGS, Fallout and Battlefront all under the same umbrella. I don't even-
  8. That's quite a conundrum, brah. I'm not even going to pretend like I know what to suggest. It looks like you'll have to do something else in that bedroom to make yourself happy. I don't know, read a book or something.
  9. I'm abusing that PSNow. I'll happily take more recommendations, I'll give anything a try. Just keep them coming. I'm convinced that Hero will enjoy it eventually. Give him time.
  10. This thread was really helpful today. I thought I'd have a browse down the list to take in some recommendations and we ended up deciding on...Children of Men. Fucking hell, the film is amazing. I'm VERY bluddy ashamed that I've never seen this before up until now. It's bleak, it's beautifully filmed (well, the world looks shit, but the way it's filmed) and the story was just excellent. Will be looking more at the lists compiled here to choose the next film. I want to watch Lost in Translation again and hope that @Eenuh likes it, as she saw it before we got together and didn't like it.
  11. Damn, sorry to hear all of that. Hope that you can overcome all of this. Have you spoken to anyone professionally about this? That's a lot to go through alone.
  12. @Hero\-of\-Time, I've been playing Darksiders! I'm just under 2 hours into it and have just arrived at The Broken Stair. It's been pretty fun so far. Hope that I continue to enjoy it.
  13. I'm going to play through the whole lot on PS4 when they're eventually all there. I like the idea of having all of the games in one series on one platform. I should've done it during the GameCube era but I missed the boat. I wonder what's going to happen to 3 and CV/CV:X. Will we get ports of those like we've seen for PS2 games?
  14. I was just about to post about how to change the settings, but I've just seen your edit. You could try a wired connection. That should help in some form. How good is your internet?
  15. My last relationship ended up quite Ghastly. Thankfully, I Weedled through the not so great ones and ended up here. I took a Chance-y. I don't really want to Raichu a big post, so I'll keep this short. Let go of your Fear,oh and take it Slow, bro. Don't jump in with both feet. You don't want to Jynx it.
  16. It's too late, @Jamba. This thread is now about where else exactly @dazzybee placed that rumble pak. It was always too late.
  17. I think it's very clear for all to see that @drahkon has made a typo in the thread title. Let's all laugh at his poverty English skillz.
  18. I've never given the series much thought as I know very little about it... Which means I must give it a go and play it next.
  19. That's a tricky one. For us, it is worth it. Up until we bought the DLC, @Eenuh would play this through her dinner break (she works from home) and we'd play this during the evenings about 3 or 4 nights a week. There's two of us using one digital copy of the game and we'd play it together. So, in terms of value for money, we're getting lots of mileage out of the game because we're both able to play it online with each other. It made a lot of sense for us to pick up the game, especially as we're both still "in to it" and we'll probably still be that way for the most part of this year. It might be different for you if you've got other shooters on the go. For us, this is our main shooter. We don't play CoD and I've not played Battlefield in aaaaaages. How much do you play the game these days? If you're on it every night and will be on it every night for the next three or four months, then definitely go for it. Yeah, @Eenuh got that credit bug. It was weird as her overall counter would go up on the next screen. Hope the issues get sorted out, although they're not game-breaking for us.
  20. Hmm, I may just wait then for Bioshock. Hope we hear some details soon! I've never played a God of War game or any of the Darksiders games. Is Darksiders that good then? I'll take a look.
  21. That's an excellent idea. I'm enjoying the Outer Rim stuff, too. The Hutt Contracts are an excellent addition to the game. I hope the next lot of DLC adds more of this type of stuff as it does breathe in new life to the game. Any news on when more maps will be dropping? They're gonna have a hard job trying to top that Survivors of Endor map in terms of aesthetics. I keep trying to kill rebel scum, but I have to keep stopping every few moments to look up at how fucking amazing everything looks.
  22. I had Starwing on the SNES but didn't connect with it anywhere near as much as I did with LYLAT WARS. It was my first N64 game and it blew me away. I thought the water looked fantastic on the introduction to Corneria. It was my first experience with the rumble pak and feeling the controller shake with every hit was unreal. I played through a large part of that game in the cockpit view because I did truly feel like I was there. I remember coming home from school one day and powering my way through to the end of the game. The boss fight against Andross just felt so epic, especially with his trash talk on the approach to the fight. When I eventually did get through to Andross, I couldn't figure out why I was fighting a giant head. I was just navigating through these narrow paths and then BIG HEAD, BIG HEAD! It was surreal and it definitely threw me when I played this for the first time.
  23. I've heard about that before but the lack of news made me think it was a non-story. Will it be a remaster or just the three games bundled onto one disc? Hmm. I'll have a look what else is on PSNow and see if anything else should take priority. Maybe XCOM as I've never played that before. Or I may just try Arkham Origins next.
