  1. This was very cool last year, so it Ive high hopes for it this year! Keep em coming By the way, Lemguins > Penguins
  2. Have you restarted it? Ever completed it? Get back to it in your spare time
  3. You're well into the game, keep going. Thats possibly the longest chapter you're on right now, so enjoy it and make sure you make it through with every one intact. I'm glad you said about it being so anticipated for you, cos I thought that maybe I was alone on having it so high up my list. I'd love ot have it for next Christmas.
  4. Yeah, but what I mean is all us Fire Emblemists are getting it as soon as its out on Wii. Which we are, of course.
  5. A new and exciting one every day! Well the Wii is almost finally here... we can almost (almost!) touch it, and play it. Wii-motes shall soon be flying everywhere!
  6. It is a masterpiece. And the way you have to strategically decide who to level up where and when, against what type of baddies... makes it unlike the way in Pokemon you can just spend time levelling up. Although in Fire Emblem you can award bonus exp to people when youre in the camp so get them up to speed, so it all balances out. What about for Wii then, we'll be getting that one as soon as it appears...?
  7. a hundred and fifty euros is an absolute  bargain! Im for Belgium, who's coming with me?
  8. Twilight buddy, nice avatar and signature combo! As for bebo... what are Nintendo doing? Stay away from it like the plague!
  9. sheesh, more women drivers.
  10. He has a point. I know what you mean with Wii being a bit more pick and playable - but it needs its share of deep games too. I mean, on GameCube for exampe (its the last console, so Ill use it) there were games like F-Zero GX that you could turn on and blast through a Cup or two then turn it off again. My collection of Cube games also consists of Tales of Symphonia, Skies of Arcadia and Baten Kaitos amongst other lengthier offerings that are fun cos you get involved in them and you can keep dipping back into them and advancing the story. Wii needs this too, dont you want the new play style to breath new life into existing play styles? Im not quite as old as you but I think if Nintendo just bumped up the power of the Cube to compete directly with PS3 and 360 that this would a pretty tedious and uninspiring generation of gaming As it stands, if the Wii follows the DS path, it should be a corker.
  11. There were Arwings in Stunt Race FX? I never noticed? Do you mind the deer or whatever they were running across the road in it? Looked great at the time... but horrendous as soon as the N64 came along!
  12. Liverpool are winning and shouldnt throw it away as home form is the only real positive about this season. Come on you Reds! Im not sure what I want to happen in The Big One tomorrow. A victory for Utd/ Chelsea? Or a draw? I dunno, Liverpool arent gonna win the title, but it would be cool if Arsenal could sneak it bwahaha!
  13. harribo, that set list looks great... and Citizen Erased was played! Amazing! I thought it was off the list these days as it hadnt made it as a single. I saw it when they were touring Absolution the other year and it was wonderful, what I wouldnt give for them to play it the next time I see em. And two encores? Fantastic - an (almost) never ending gig!
  14. Atlus seem to do good things in the RPG realm. Id love to be able to get my hands on Yygdra Union. I hope this one makes it to Europe!
  15. I doubt Ill see this. Ive only watched the first and third in film form. Read em all to date though and number three is the pinnacle of the series. Trust me when I say that Ill only be reading the last one for some completion of the saga. The films dont interest me though - messes with your imagination. And things get changed, which is never good.
  16. Ive not read of any, Flameboy. Im not entirely sure I like that feature in games anyway - I prefere for them to have their own music so that I can associate that with the game. ExciteTruck will have its own music too, wont it??
  17. Aww you got Feelin Good, me chick woulda loved to have seen that one! As for Sunburn, I would've liked to have seen it live again - did you get it on the piano or the guitar version? What was that other song you cant mind? Think man, think! When they played us Muscle Museum, there was a slight air of embarrassment about it. Matt introduced it by making out that its from their o so old first album and that no one would probably know it. I still sang me heart out with him! And it was a great rendition of the classic song. Who was supporting them? The Noissettes? They're so wick, arent they?
  18. You say true, cos theres not a bother with reading all the text. You can put your own and personality and voice to the characters, and go through it at your own pace. It might make it less cinematic, but still, its Zelda. Its how it works... shouldnt the Nintendo Mag atleast back it up :P
  19. Cos we're the better people!! I was actually kinda still disappointed by the setlist, thought it coulda been better - more old stuff, but in comparison to what you've said, my concert rocked! There was great use of lights, camera's and screens and the classic Muse Balloons came flying in... Good crowd interaction too, like for example, the encore Matt came out and was like "Anyone here from Antrim?" A massive cheer went up, then he said "This songs for you..." and played Starlight, a lovely touch. Plus, I agree with what you said on Knights o Cydonia, Ive not really got into the song until recently - hearing it live really helped, it was immense! ...I still kinda wish they'd finished with Stockholm Syndrome though, I think its an awesome closing tune. The guys must just have had an off night for you's. Maybe they get less of a kick playing in Engerland nowadays
  20. Fierce_LiNk, I dunno what happened to your gig but the one in Belfast was completely different. Started with Take a Bow but thats where the similarities seem to end. Everything was in a random order: Take a Bow Hysteria Map o the Problematique Butterflies and Hurricanes Newborn Exo-Politique Plug in Baby Forced_In Bliss Soldiers Poem Hoodoo Invincible Supermassive Blackhole Time is Running Out Stockholm Syndrome (the encore) Starlight Muscle Museum Knights o Cydonia Great setlist, missing are Citizen Erased and I would like to have heard Assassin, I thought it was tailor made for live performances. Theres no way teh Flamin Lipz are better than teh Muse
  21. So no ones mentioned what happened? Glad it wasnt just me and that this Uni hasnt tried to filter out this site!
  22. Did something happen yesterday? I tried to come on around lunch time (instead o' working) but firstly the site was very slow and my posts didnt load up, so I closed the browser, came back... and the site wasnt working at all! What happened? I just went home and played Pro Evo and Fifa for instead. The thing is, theres no mention o' it around the place today, what happened?
  23. I read the IGN review, they love this game. Its cool to have seen some names I know pop up from Tactics - wee Montblancs there and the Giza Plains aswell to name but two. What about the Skies of Arcadia parallels in this though?
  24. Its hard to believe that thats almost a year ago Itd be cool if there was an advent calender on the Nintendo site? Was there one last year or was the last on two years ago? It had the odd cool download in it!
