Just remembered about this. Once again I'm wussing out, but this time I actually have a proper reason as I'm busy on the 16th now. But then again I always wuss out anyway so it's fairly irrelevant how good my excuse is.

I've found myself getting a lot more success recently. My confidence has improved dramatically, and I think that has a whole lot to do with it - if you believe you've got a shot, then you do. I tend to find most of my success comes with people that I already know from somewhere else, even if its a tenous friend-of-a-friend thing, as I feel alot more comfortable approaching them and beginning to talk to them. Join a club / sport / team of some sort, where you're likely to mix with members of both sexes. That's how I've managed to turn things around, really! Cliffnote: Paj, your ability to post in every topic and yet never contribute anything worthwhile continues to impress me.

I'm hoping to plan a couple of holidays, and may or may not have a summer job, but if a date is set then I can do my best to accomodate. 23rd of July works for me, though the week before it doesnt as I'm moving into my new flat on the 15th. Any other weekend of July should be fine.

When they turn off the heating for 6 hours in the middle of the day, it gets pretty damn cold. Seriously, no heating gets pumped into my flat between 11am and 5pm. Wtf is that shit? Maryhill / West End. Theres a bit of snow on the ground and every now and then theres a fairly heavy snowfall, but all in all its really not that bad here. Glasgow seems to have escaped it compared to everywhere else, my hometown is right between Glasgow and Edinburgh and its absolutely fucked.

Snow isn't too bad in Glasgow where I am, but I almost got marooned in Dundee over the weekend. And this weekend I'm meant to be going to Manchester, which may not happen now. And even if it does, I have an exam on Monday morning so I better not get stuck there aswell. Plus, ITS BLOODY FREEZING!!
