There's something about Celtic keepers and playing vc Barcelona. So most likely nobody will remember, but over the last year or so I have sporadically posted in this thread about a girl I met last summer who then moved away and I had a hard time getting over. Well, I saw her again over the summer at another event similar to the one we met at last year, kept in touch since then again, and she's just accepted an internship/will likely lead to a permanent job...in Glasgow So she's gonna be back up here and everything should be great. Just one thing; I'm fucking terrified! Just feels like theres so much pressure now, I've bigged this up in my own head so much over the last year that now it's suddenly very real that it is actually going to happen...that I'm terrified of it not working, something going wrong, or of it just not being as great as I imagine it. Going to have to be super careful with how fast we take it, it seems like we've known each other / been together for a long time but in reality we just haven't. Can only wait and see how it goes, and I'm super excited...just really scared!

It's an interactive film made using HTML5 (best viewed in Chrome I believe) also featuring music from Arcade Fire. It asks you for the address of your childhood home and then builds a music video around it using data from Google Maps / Streetview. Kinda cool. Also asks you to "write a message to your childhood self" though I'm not sure the relevance of it at the end. Just thought it was cool and worth sharing! Anybody else found any good HTML5 experiments?

Schrodingers Cat was conceived as a criticism of the Copenhagen Interpretation because Schrodinger didn't like it.

Everything is relative. Including reality. So from the cats perspective he knows if he's alive, but from our perspective we've no idea and mathematically all are possible until we check for ourselves.

Over the last few days I've been trying to get myself a new contract for a Galaxy S3 but everytime I get declined. I've checked my credit report and its totally fine and yet I've been turned down 3 times now. I don't get it. My Dad tried to buy the same deal in his name and he was turned down too - even though he's a small business owner that keeps up with his mortgage and car payments. Like, wut? Do they not want our money?

My home town team entered liquidation and were subsequently demoted to the 3rd divison (albeit from Division 1, not the SPL). Regardless, if they had been in the SPL, theres no doubt in my mind that they would have been slammed down into the 3rd. If Rangers are allowed to remain in the SPL it makes a mockery of our entire football system.
