Yeah, had a great time last night And I'm looking forward to Saturday. Hope I can post the same picture on Sunday
-
That's great to hear @Dcubed Hope you get as much enjoyment out of the game as a lot of us do : peace: Can't wait to try the 1999 mode

Really? Whenever I possess a turret it gets shot down in like 5 seconds only killing one or two enemies. The rest is then up to me. And I always panic as soon as I see an enemy right in my face, because unlike your experience, I can never just stand still and hit the melee button without taking damage. I always get hit. Maybe it's because I'm too slow (which I highly doubt :p ) or unlucky So far this isn't an issue. I need all the Salt and Health I can find and it's nice to have loot lying around in the midst of battles. And money? Well, there's lots of it, but vigor upgrades cost around 1500$, and I only once had enough to buy one (I didn't get it, though). Maybe I just suck at this game and I appreciate all the help I can get Oh and Elizabeth is kinda cute :p

Can't believe this is uncut in Germany. Some kills are brutal, especially the melee ones.

There is indeed. I made some shots a couple of years ago, but I think they only tasted like vodka Can't remember the mixture ratio, though -.-

Hmm Since life likes to fuck shit up, I'd say you'll run into her. But...hey..be optimisic :p Have been thinking (yeah..): Why should I be worried? Why should I care? She dumped me, she was the one who ripped my heart out (god, how I hate that phrase). I'm going to do exactly as @Charlie said: Have the best night of my life.

Get it. Been playing it for 40 minutes and spent more time on exploration and admiring the scenery than on progressing. Also had my first enemy encounter. Holy shit, that was intense. Bioshock Infite kicks every other shooter's ass, so far.
-
Just bought the game (PS3 version) for 40€ in a local store (came with a free notebook ). Can't complain.

That's good to know, thanks. So far, they haven't spoiled anything, but I'll keep your advice in mind The greatest thing about Virtue's Last Reward (and 999) is all the trivia, mythology and science that gets thrown at you. I just love mulling over all this stuff Edit: Oh and I'll say it again: The Ambidex Game is the best 'game design' I have ever seen. I mean, it is simply the Prisoner's Dilemma and you could argue that it's just copied but it fits perfectly into the game. Better than any choices you are given in any other game I've ever played.

Just reached my first ending.

Sooo, I want to make Jell-O Shots. Anybody know a good mixture ratio? The jelly I have needs 500ml of water. I guess 50/50 is too much vodka?

I think they are hilarious. Maybe throwing them out of the bus can help. Don't know why you had to give me a lecture about crying babies. I just tried to illustrate the fact that I find them incredibly annoying, especially when their parents sit right next to them, and instead of giving them some sort of attention they fiddle around with their god damn smartphones. Next time I'll just say "Crying babies can be annoying."

You're the only one who's given me good advice so far. Of course there are different ways to deal with an ex, never had the experience, though. That's why I'm happy for any reasonable advice. That's what I will try to do, even though I still care about her. Gonna be tough. I wasn't really being serious about saying "no". There's actually no point in thinking about Saturday, because no one can predict what will happen. But my brain likes to think...a lot.

Good thing, I turned to N-E for help, because I asked a couple of mates for advice and all they told me was "You should hook up with her again". Wouldn't say no, though.. Thank you @Charlie , really appreciate it Will try to do as you said and be a gentleman. Well, that might be a problem because I made a deal with someone that we'll get wasted The good thing about me being drunk is that I become incredibly rational, so I doubt I'll end up being an emotional wreck.

Went into town by bus just now for the first time in two years..and I immediately felt the urge to do the following: Was also thinkig about telling the mother a dead baby joke...
-
Yeah, that worked out nicely Bought the game yesterday, because a mate and I will have a couple of evenings to play throughout next week and we needed a nice coop game. Started playing solo. I like it, even though I'm annoyed by the snowy, arctic setting. But it's supposed to become more colourful later on, so that's something to look forward to. Have some money on my PSN account, so any DLC worth getting right now, or should I finish the game first?
-
That's nice (: Always wanted to get a GBA SP sometime. Hope I'll find a bargain like that, too. Just bought these:

Happy Birthday (:

Just picked it up a few days ago. Could've saved 25€. But hey, it's a game I'll gladly pay for. And just as @Sheikah said: Give it a chance (play 999 before, though).
-
Yeah, ordered it for 36€ from shopto. Quite a difference
-
So, is this worth a 55€ price tag? And is the multiplayer enjoyable?
-
Hot people thread. Nah, can't really remember. Just checked. I joined in 2006. Holy shit, it's been a long time.
-
We (all the PS3 Gamers :p ) need to get some online sessions done.
-
Did a quick Google search and, bam! Ordered one myself.
