They set off fireworks, threw them onto the pitch, threw even more and hit someone and then they started beating each other up. I'm sorry, but for me this can't end in just a suspended disqualification. UEFA needs to finally show that this behaviour is unacceptable.

Fucking assholes. For me, this has to end with Croatia being thrown out of the tournament. Without any discussion. Will never happen, though...

I really hope that the wording in the article won't be used to continue/intensify this stupid score keeping. I fear that this sentence will be quoted a lot whenever someone says something about how great The Witcher 3 (or any other open world game) is. By the way, @Hero\-of\-Time, still waiting for your post in that thread :p I know. Didn't mean to insinuate that you wanted to provoke something.

Oh no...this will not end well.

I'll wait for Turkey's line up before I make a prediction. Their performance against Croatia was horrible and their manager didn't help with odd substitutions. If Turkey don't step up their game I recon the will lose 3:0. But Spain needs to be more efficient in front of the goal... Edit: Italy will win 2:0 against Sweden! Edit #2: Wow, another incredibly boring game in the afternoon...really doubt it will end with my predicted score.

I didn't want to go there until I've done everything in Velen and Novigrad, but I had to just now because of a side quest. When I've reached Skellige I was in awe. It looks so beautiful. I ignored everything except that sidequest, though, and headed straight back to Novigrad after I completed my task Think I'm getting closer to the point where I stopped playing months ago. I remember certain quests I'm doing but the memories become more and more hazy. Everytime I complete a sidequest I can't believe how well thought out they are. They have meaning in itself and don't just act as a means to elongate the game. They make exploration interesting because they aren't just "solve this puzzle and get an item", or "fetch these materials", or "defeat monsters to acquire gear". Each quest has a story to it which can be simple or rather complex. It's astounding. This and a world that is so rich in secrets and so diverse and beautiful in every aspect (limited, of course, to the fantasy setting) makes The Witcher 3 not only a technical achievement but from a gameplay and interaction perspective a new standard in video gaming.

My best male friends: Handshake + bro-hug. Other male friends: Handshake All female friends: Hug. My girlfriend: Pants-down-hug. (all for both greetings and goodbyes) People I meet for the first time: Handshake, eye contact and a simple "Hi, I'm Radi." (it's my nickname). For goodbyes with people I have just met it depends. Men that I like get a handshake from me, the others only a "Goodbye." With the females it comes down to whether I like them or not, too. If I do: hug, if I don't: just "Goodbye.". I don't like cheek kissing, which makes meeting my girlfriend's grandfather weird because he always kisses me on the cheek (he started it at the second time we met...it was really awkward for me).

Such a boring match and what a disastrous performance of us...Here I thought we would step up our game after that victory against Ukraine and what did we do? Nothing... We seriously need to improve. However, none of the "big" teams have played very well so far...will be interesting to see what the next matches have in store for us.

Played this some more over the last few days. Currently sitting at 20 hours playtime and I've explored a lot of Velen. There are still so many undiscovered locations, though...and I haven't set foot into Novigrad, yet. I might have to, though because I've run out of quests from notice boards in Velen...the few quests in my log are way over my level (I'm at 12). There are, however, four notice boards in the vicinity of Novigrad, so before I finally go there I will take a look at them and see if I can take on some quests Here's what I did the past 5 hours of playtime: Took roach for a ride and explored several areas to destroy monster nests, discover treasures in a cave and free small villages from bandits. After that I investigated several witcher contracts, some of which had incredibly sad stories...Then I took a break from all the serious stuff and played "a few" rounds of Gwent. When I managed to beat the final player of a quest line I took a hike to a village where a fist fight was waiting for me. During that hike I slayed some pirates and stole their loot which in turn opened up a quest to search for witcher gear. It led me to a sunken ship where I had to fight of some monsters in order to peacefully search that ship. After I found the blueprint I continued my way to the village and came across some weird dude who wanted to fight me just for the fuck of it...I kicked his ass... Later I finally reached that village and beat the shit out of one guy in a fist fight and won some money. And now...well, now I'm on my way to the aforementioned notice boards near Novigrad. This game... Edit: Entered Novigrad, read all notice boards in Velen and Novigrad. Holy shit, there is so much to do...Most importantly, of course, more Gwent

Wow, that looks incredible. I think I'll just want money for Christmas to buy PSVR

Couldn't care less whether Zelda was the most talked about game or not, whether Sony won E3 or not, whether Microsoft was wrong to announce Scorpio or not... It was a great E3. Objectively we had great announcements on Microsoft's and Sony's ends, and Nintendo has shown what might be a step in the right direction when it comes our beloved franchises. All three major companies created a situation which could prove to be very successful and great for gamers in the future.
-
"First impression...my penis is out." Quote of E3
-
That was to be expected. Still, I think controls and camera in SotC haven't been good either and it is one of the greates games in existence. Nevertheless...I'm worried.
-
Looks to be a very relaxing game There's just too much coming out that I want to play...
-
Looking forward to all three matches today My predictions (subject to change) Englad 2 - 1 Wales (I might switch the score...not sure, yet) Ukraine 2 - 0 Northern Ireland Germany 2 - 0 Poland

While stupid people like @kav82 have next to no interest in this, I love the stuff Kojima creates and I already love the theories about the game that are out there. I'm just joking, kav. You're not stupid The dog tags show equations related to quantum mechanics and black holes. Two topics I'm very interested in. The mathematics aren't my thing, but the general ideas and theories behind them are beautiful to me. If this game has quantum mechanics in it...HHHNNNNNGGGGGG Then again, Death Stranding could also be about bees collecting honey. It's Kojima we're talking about. He might be trolling. He did, however, say in an interview (YouTube Live at E3) that he put several teasers in the trailer so the community could theorize. Thanks to the community and this trailer I know something about the Dirac Equation and Schwarzschild Equation. The latter I find very interesting because it describes the radius of a sphere on which the velocity needed to escape its gravitational pull equals the speed of light, thus creating the event horizon and in turn deformations of spacetime. No idea why I just wrote that down...I seem to like talking about that stuff Edit: By the way, Low Roar (music from the trailer) is awesome. Just listened to a couple of songs on Spotify. Good music.

My dad and I never had any major problems, it was a normal father and son relationship. Which is why I find it hard to put myself in your shoes and give you rational advice. Something I want to say, though: My dad died 7 years ago and I miss him every day. If I had a chance to see him again, spend time with him again I'd take it in a heartbeat. I have no idea what your dad did, but if there's just one tiny bit in you that thinks he may change/may have changed and really means it, you might think about giving him an opportunity to try and make it up to you. This is obviously a biased and emotional advice. Give it some thought, tell him you need some time to think about it. He should understand that.

Shame that Slovakia basically stopped to play...it was really close in the end. An important victory for them. Can't wait for Wales - England tomorrow. Now it's time for Switzerland what they are capable of. I predict Switzerland 2 : 0 Romania
-
Well, they may very well go after recapturing Wii players, but I hope this won't be their main focus with the NX.
-
Looks like Russia is on its way out of the tournament via regular means

That was about something entirely different and while I agree that I should've handled that a bit better, this has nothing to do here. Just like that amiibo thing (to which I responded with that gif) had nothing to with Battlefield in that thread. And again, I've realized I may not have made the best posts with that gif and I can say that you wouldn't have gotten a reaction like that from me again. And because I said it it must be true. What you could've done is: You could've left it there. And with that, I'll stop. I'll wait for HoT's post in the Other WiiU thread and discuss things.
-
For you it may be. For me it's not. It's my opinion, you don't have to agree with that and I won't be angry at you if you don't. You wouldn't because I realized that that "bait" gif wasn't my best post. What I do want to say is that my post in this thread wasn't a bait and I've explicitly mentioned that. You, however, used that call me out on something that I (admittedly) did quite some time ago. This has nothing to do with the discussion that could've arisen between us. A discussion I was looking forward to have because we seem to have a different view on Breath of the Wild with both of us having good points to support our opinion. With that attitude, however, I won't bother anymore. It's annoying and quite frankly the reason why I almost didn't post anything I wanted to say about the new Zelda. Just wow.
-
I've seen more (like I've stated...) and I stand by what I said. It may not be what you think about the game, but to me the open world mechanics are as "just another open world game" as they can be. Add the Zelda dungeons and it's only a mix of two games/mechanics I've seen numerous times. It's nice that Nintendo took this approach as it surely reinvents Zelda and I doubt it's going to be a bad game, but to me it's nothing really special. And you mentioned that because...? Because I baited? If you think I did, you should read my post again.

Looking forward to reading about your thoughts on the new Zelda
