  1. Indeed : peace: Soundtrack up for Pre-order on Bandcamp. You can listen to three songs for free and they are freaking awesome. Among others Danger (@Daft might be interested), Carpenter Brut, The Toxic Avenger and Scattle worked on this. Looks like it's going to be a quality soundtrack, might even rival Hotline Miami's. Hope it pops up on Spotify eventually.
  2. Still can't believe we'll get this as one of the PS+ games. Can't wait Please don't suck
  3. Quarterfinals starting today Predicting the results will be difficult...still can't decide what I will choose for the game tonight. Poland 1 - 2 Portugal Poland 2 - 1 Portugal Poland 6 - 5 Portugal on penalties) One of these...
  4. @Hero\-of\-Time, you sure play a lot June has been a good month for gaming. Haven't played much because I've spent a lot of time with friends and my girlfriend and I have only completed The Talos Principle and several playthroughs of Plague Inc. Evolved but I enjoyed the games I've played a lot Currently I'm only playing Overwatch and Call of Duty: Black Ops III - Multiplayer (264 hours so far...I think I've got my money's worth ) and I might start Rainbow Moon. Edit: Forgot to mention Dangerous Golf which the lady and I play whenever she's over Exams are coming up and I will try to keep socialising as much as I did in June so gaming time might be reduced. Well, my GOTM for June is an easy choice: The Talos Principle. Quite possibly the best puzzle game I've ever played. Need to give the expansion a go soon And here's my completed games distribution: 30 games completed 1 Wii U 6 PSVita 27 PS4 Haven't touched my 3DS in over 1 1/2 years...think it's time to prepare my Wii U and 3DS for ebay.
  5. I also made a thread earlier this year.
  6. Yeah, really looking forward to it Was hoping that the second Vita game besides Oreshika wasn't a PSP game, though. Well, I think I'll buy Rainbow Moon today. 5€ for the Vita version is not bad
  7. Holy shit. Awesome lineup. Already have Oreshika but got it for 5€ in a sale Furi!!!! Was hoping to see this as a PS+ game.
  8. Hmm...Rainbow Moon Vita for 5€...tempted. And even though I don't have money to spare I might go for it.
  9. I'd love to see Link killing Zelda and proclaiming that men are better than women. System seller! In all seriousness, though. As @Happenstance said, a spin-off with Zelda as the main character would be awesome.

I think on both Hanamura and Temple of Anubis it is way too easy to put up a turret or fortify as Bastion in locations where they have a line of sight that basically covers every choke point. Or they can hide in places which you can't see unless you are on the objective. Anyway, next week competitive play will launch on consoles. Hopefully with the much needed Torbjörn and McCree nerf.
  11. Watched the first episode of Boku dake ga Inai Machi (English title: ERASED). Holy cow, what an incredible start. Can't wait to see how it all plays out. On the manga front I have been reading Pluto in the past few weeks and I am 10 chapters away from the end. It's a great manga. Awesome story, great characters and the suspense won't let up.
  12. And more news indicating that Neo won't be the end of the console generation: Source This should end the complaining once and for all.

Anybody else think Hanamura and Temple of Anubis are unbalanced? It's way too easy to defend...if you're on the attacking side and the enemy team is slightly competent (or has Bastions and Torbjörns...) it's too difficult to push through.
  14. During a nighttime youtube journey I came across this: Can't breathe Man, Pingu was my childhood...NOOT NOOT.
  15. This is what I love about the Elder Scrolls games. While certain limitations have put the "dungeons" in a separate instance from the overworld I loved seeing an entrance to a cave knowing there'd be lots of treasures, enemies and secrets to be discovered. Something like this + the typical mechanics from Zelda dungeons would be awesome.
  16. I thought I remembered a couple of quotes from the Zelda thread say there will be only 4...maybe I got that wrong. Sorry if that's the case. This is an idea that came to me yesterday. If dungeons will be huge to keep it close to the immense world, multi-layered and maybe even connected dungeons would be awesome.
  17. I can see your point. But I don't care what you want. :p In the end it all comes down to personal preference, of course. However, I would argue that having maybe 8 huge dungeons will benefit the game more than having 100 shrines and only 4 dungeons. It would make the game stay closer to the Zelda-formula.
  18. That's not realy it. I just wanted to have a friendly discussion and a lot of people here made this possible. But we all know two posts were intentionally put here to ruin that atmosphere. I really had hoped this wouldn't happen. In the future I will probably resort to PMs with certain people who challenge my views in a productive and friendly way so I can discuss things and even be criticised/corrected without being annoyed. Edit: And I'm sorry for talking about these things yet again, but it's really not great for the forum if some people have to think about how to phrase opinions or - which is even worse - just decide not to say anything at all.
  19. I tried to avoid Ronnie's responses so I decided to put my thoughts here. Sorry if that caused you to be exposed to spoilers. Since Ronnie entered the discussion the previous posts could very well be moved to the Zelda thread. I will most likely be out of the discussion then, because I fear that my opinions will become read by others who won't enter this thread and I don't want to deal with everything I say being taken apart or passive agressive provocations just to ridicule me for my past mistakes.
  20. Agree. Shrines probably won't have that much "personality". I mean...it's basically what you've seen in other games: Find a point of interest (in that case a shrine), complete it, done. It's not a bad thing, but I'd really like to see more than four dungeons and in turn less than 100 shrines. That doesn't alleviate my biggest worry. Especially since you probably won't be able to carry a lot. I still think that cooking and equipment durability won't do the game any good. But I am happy to be proven wrong. Perfectly put. And what little we know is that this Zelda borrows heavily from the other games, which - let me make this clear - is not a bad thing.
  21. I see. Having more heart containers will most likey put the focus on cooking, then.
  22. Just remembered something: Weapon/armor stats and durability. I'm not sure whether these will benefit Breath of the Wild. Let me use the word "disconnection" again. For a game that looks to be a lot about exploration I think inventory management will disrup the experience. Example: I'm exploring the wilds. Enemies attack, my equipment breaks during the fight. So before I get back to exploring I would have to open the (quick)menu , choose new equipment, equip it (duh) and only then can I go back to searching the area. I could not choose to equip new stuff, but then I might have a disadvantage in the next fight. Then there is cooking, which apparently is the only way to replenish health (correct me if I'm wrong). Collecting hearts midfight has always been great. Your health runs low, you switch up your tactics, try to single out enemies to make them drop hearts. What do you do now? Can you eat during a fight? If so, do you have to always cook something between fights - which again makes you stop exploring. I don't know much about the mechanics so I could be wrong with my assumptions. Each of those activites might only cost me 30 seconds, but I'm pretty sure if added together they will take up a considerable amount of time...and that just doesn't fit with Zelda.

I love harrassing people with Tracer It's a shame that right now she's not viable in most matches because apparently people try to get the most out of Torbjörn before the patch drops. Can't wait 'til the nerf arrives... ...he says while looking at his Overwatch stats...Torbjörn ranks first as most played hero... ...
  24. This is why I would love to see more than four and much bigger/expansive dungeons than we've seen in earlier games. There's so much potential, it seems to be wasted with the small number of dungeons. Of course, we don't know whether the four will be great. The thing is: If they are great I'd want more.

Capture points, payload (which can be combined) and then there's capture and hold. I'm not sure if Blizzard confirmed that new modes will be coming, I'm 100% sure, though, that they mentioned new maps being in development.
