Not the most original idea for the plot but it worked and was fun. I'll tackle the final Episode over the weekend.

I'm not surprised by that. I just wanted to make clear how data usage could be a problem for me. The main deal is the always-on DRM, anyway. No matter how little data it uses it's ridiculous.

And you know this is the only thing this app will do regarding data usage? Edit: Nevermind, you made an assumption. Am at work and only just read the last page. Apologies. I can see how accessing leaderboards regularly and starting the game up more than once per day could amount to 5MB per day.

Let's say I watch 10 minutes of YouTube (240p!) per day. That amounts to aprox. 10MB. If the app uses half of that when I play 5 minutes per day then my data volume is used up exclusively by that app. I used common sense to lay down how this app alone will most likely kill my data volume. What Nintendo does is ridiculous and stupid, and just like any other developer who uses always-on DRM they should be criticized. It's a video game. My biggest hobby. And since it will most likely be a good game I'd like to spend a lot of time with it...if the app uses 5MB per day (as I've explained above) it will be the death of my data.

I pay 4€ per month for 150MB. Not sure if that's cheap for that data volume. If you go unlimited it's easily 20€ per month.

Yeah, this always-on DRM is crap. I don't have unlimited data because with the prices in Germany and me being a student with almost no income I just can't afford it. That's why I won't buy this. I'd love to but always-on DRM sucks. A lot of my friends think that way, too.

Feels like the number of campers increases everyday. It's still a fun game, but it's annoying to constantly choose counter-camper loadouts.

Finished Episode 6 of Minecraft: Story Mode. It was a weird one. Good at times but it didn't tap its full potential. Also: Those guest YouTubers suck at voice acting. Would've been much better with real actors. Made my way through what was left for me to play of Gwendolyn and I'm almost done with the second character. It already became a bit of a slog to me...it's just way too easy and there is no real variety with enemies. Playing on hard isn't challenging at all. It is incredibly beautiful, though and the fighting is fun at times. I just wish there was more variety. I'll keep playing but I doubt I'll finish this anytime soon.

After that stupid blackout during my Japenese exam I just had to buy this. No idea why I guess I'm just frustrated. Looking forward to the campaign and the occasional multiplayer matches : peace:

Think I failed that Japanese exam. Had a total blackout. I could've told you everything on my way to the exam but the moment I completed the first assignment my brain decided to completely shut down any access to the knowledge I needed. I won't be able to continue the course if I fail. It's not that bad as it's just an extra course at university but it would still annoy me...

This is 30€ on the PSN store as part of the 12 deals of Christmas. I said 30€ was my sweet spot but I did get a RaspberryPi, Stardew Valley and FFXV so I'll hold off for now. Maybe next year

I set up my RaspberryPi 3 with RetroPie. It's glorious : peace: Over the holidays I'll pick up my bluetooth keyboard so I can configure WiFi (my current keyboard has a PS/2 port and I don't have a USB adapter) and some more settings. I hope I'll be able to set up my DS3 via bluetooth, as well. Edit: Tried some games and they all run like a charm Super Mario Bros. on the NES is too fast, though. No idea why. Will have to figure this out some time later.

RIGHT? It annoys the fuck out of me that they don't make their music available on Spotifiy. Anyway, that cover: I don't like children's singing voices so it doesn't do much for me. It is a good cover, though.

Finished Minecraft: Story Mode (at least Episodes 1-5) and got its Platinum. Episode 5 was by far the best. But that's not to say the first 4 were bad. Looking forward to Episodes 6, 7 and 8. Hope they are more like the self-contained story in Episode 5. Just seen that @Hero\-of\-Time got the Platinum for Odin Sphere which reminded me that I need to get back to that. Think this will be the next game I'll finish while also playing Minecraft: Story Mode : peace:

Oh my, totally forgot that Stardew Valley is out next week. Can't wait, it looks like a game I could spend a lot of time with. : peace:

This and the Crash Remaster alone make a PS4 purchase worth every penny
