My plan to play this when I came back from vacation failed as my copy has most likely been lost. It was supposed to be at a post office but no luck. Will go back tomorrow and hope it'll be there... Complained to Amazon, not because the parcel service fucked up but because they dispatched it one day after release. They extended my Prime subscription by one month and a replacement copy is in being processed. Let's see if I'll have two copies of FFXV by Monday

Thank you all very much Had a lovely birthday. Some of you may have read in the FFXV thread that my girlfriend had planned something special. On Monday we took a train somewhere, didn't know exactly where until we've reached Cologne/Bonn airport. It was then when the lady revealed to me that we would be flying to Copenhagen. I was speechless. One more surprise awaited me on Tuesday.My girlfriend said she wanted to buy me a drink so we "went out to pub". However, we didn't go to a pub but instead to an IAMX concert. It was amazing. Just arrived back in Germany and I'm quite tired. Fair to say it was the best birthday I've ever had One annoying thing: The parcel service which was supposed to deliver FFXV fucked up and the package seems to be stuck in limbo. Hope I can pick it up at the place where it was supposed to be already (but isn't...).

Survival mode which makes base building a necessity? Could be a game changer. And since I didn't get the Platinum before trading my copy in I'll be happy to give it another go. Ebay, here I come Looking forward to what 2017 has in store for No Man's Sky. There's a lot of potential and the Foundation Update seems like a small step in the right direction. I'm still very annoyed with Hello Games' silence in the last two months, but I'm willing to give them another chance on that matter. They need to be in contact with the community.

Sounds great. But I'm still worried about the tatical side of combat. I know that there's a "pause" button to choose your magic/attacks but is it really necessary/beneficial? If it's not...I'm not happy

Decided to get Minecraft Story Mode (all 8 Episodes) and Shadow of Mordor GOTY.

Finished The Deadly Tower of Monsters (PS4) and got the Platinum, as well. Good game. Nothing incredible but fun. And hilarious PS+ did it again : peace: Won't have enough time to complete anything this month and I don't really want to start anything before Final Fantasy XV (which I won't be able to play for at least 1 1/2 weeks ). Soooo, I guess it's time to choose my GOTM for November...

Only on the US store. The sale over there is miles better.

The Black Friday Sale is live in EU and there's not really anything I want. Maybe God of War III Remastered for 12€. Think I'll just get a US PSN card and buy one or two games I've mentioned in my last post.

Yeah, it is. In Infinite Warfare, camping in Team Deathmatch is not that big a deal. The movement system makes most of the players utilize it. In Modern Warfare, though...holy smokes. 95% of the people I've seen in Team Deathmatch camp all the fucking time. It made me stop playing the multiplayer after a couple of hours... Played two KC matches yesterday and it's much more bearable. Will definitely spend more time with it now.

Yeah, none of the 3 big FPS have done really well. Pretty sure you'll find similar offers throughout the next months. I'd say: Don't go for it because FFXV! Have to say: I enjoy the multiplayer a lot. Didn't find the time to play much in recent weeks (especially since my mate also doesn't have a lot of free time right now) but I can't wait to really get into it right before the holidays. And with Kill Confirmed now available for Hardcore in MWR I'll try to play this more. It's not a campfest as Team Deathmatch is. Much more enjoyable

Yeah, right now it would be an easy pick for Arsenal. Good God, we've been atrocious in the past few weeks...this year it won't be as easy for us to win the Bundesliga title as it has been last year. We've lost the first place last Saturday and unless we improve a lot we won't take it back soon... Yesterday was an embarrassment. Fair play to Rostov. They deserverd that win.

If you won't play the multiplayer...not sure if it's really worth it. The campaign, while great, is quite short and for the Platinum you need to play the Zombie mode (not tried it, yet. It's supposed to be doable solo but there is some luck involved) If it comes with the Modern Warfare Remaster, you should definitely get it, though. Both campaigns for that price is a steal

Can't believe I didn't mention the incredible Crypt of the Necrodancer. Skip to 1:55 to hear one of the things I love about the game's sound design. The shopkeeper chimes in and sings And in zone 3 there's a switch in music style depending on what "colour" you're on.

I was half-kidding just to annoy kav. I'll definitely play the multiplayer but probably not as much as Infinite Warfare and Modern Warfare.

Only single-player for me. :p

Mad Max for $9.99 Minecraft: Story Mode - Season Pass Deluxe for $14.99 Would love to get some of those. They are even cheaper with a PS+ subscription. Don't have one for my US account so that Black Friday sale better come to Germany or there'll be hell to pay. I'll definitely get Manhunt from the US store. It's banned in Germany and I always wanted to play this. : peace:
