Good to know. I won't bother with it again, then. Thought it was a chore from the very first second.
  2. Can someone clean this thread up please? It's kind of annoying when you have to scroll and search for the sensible posts about this topic.
  3. Fuck yeah. Not sure if I'll get it day one, but I will buy this eventually.
  4. Delph's sending off was as clear as it gets. I understand being emotional in football games but come on, Pep. You're better than that.

How far into it are you? Have played it for 30 minutes and was bored senseless.
  6. It's so satisfying to win a football match against opponents who are assholes. I'm playing in a hobby team that's playing in a hobby league. It's all good fun for the most part. We have some rules, most importantly: you call out when you're fouled, and you call out when someone's offside. Today we played against the best team in the whole league. It was the semi-final of our league's "Cup". Let me give you a short summary: Pretty evenly-matched first 30 minutes, very fair, some questionable call outs on both sides but it happens. Opposing team scored in the 35th minute, they were happy as can be. After that we dominated them. It was only a matter of time before we equalized, which was probably the reason why suddenly every single one of our call outs (foul and offside) resulted in "WHAT THE FUCK?" and "ARE YOU BLIND, YOU IDIOT?" exclamations. We stayed calm and quiet, because when someone calls "foul" or "offside" you get a free kick; it's as easy as that. Last second of the first half, we scored. 1:1, halftime. Second half started equally even-matched as the first, however, the opposing team was pissed. They started calling out bullshit. Almost every contact was a foul, almost every deep pass was offside. We stayed calm. Then I called offside (it was offside, 100%)...and oh boy, were they mad. "How can you even see that?", "you son of a bitch.", "learn the rules, asshole"...I stayed calm, my team stayed calm. Minute 70. We went ahead 2:1. And the match turned to shit. The opposing team played very unfairly. It wasn't fun. Whenever we said it was a foul we were insulted ("pussy, stand up and play" was said quite often). We stayed calm. We defended with everything we had. And...we won. And it was glorious. One of the most satisfying wins I've ever been a part of in football
  7. Looks fun
  8. 100%. I usually use pepper spray on them when women don't want to kiss me. And then I fuck them in the ass. I think I know why I'm single.
  9. Well...can't wait for the release. Been doing it all wrong...Never knew that approaching a lady on the street from the front will bring two half naked hotties to my room. Also: I always say, "Why not? I'm not trying to fuck you in the ass or anything. Just a little kiss.", when a woman doesn't want to kiss me.
  10. Bought the GOTY Edition so I have everything But the DLC areas are off limits for a long time. This sounds like something I could do. Man, this reminds of my youth...staying up all night, playing video games, no worries...good old times. I miss them
  11. Just watched Kingsman: The Golden Circle. Absolutely loved it. Pure entertainment on every level. Nothing more, nothing less.
  12. Reached the 30 hour mark. Spent a surprisingly long time in Skellige even though I wanted to go back to Novigrad and Velen to do quests and explore the world. But Gwent, man, Gwent. Not sure if I'm ready for the high stakes tournament, though. Anyway, completed the Skellige Gwent quest I had available and am now back in Velen. I'm level 20 but there are a still some quests I need to finish that have a level suggestion way below that. Might turn on "enemy scaling" in the options.
  13. Thank God I don't like wine. I will definitely miss beer, though Tomorrow I'll cook the last pasta dinner I'll have for months...gonna savour every last bit
  14. Well, I got horribly drunk last year during keto. The night itself wasn't bad, I was just drunk. The day after, though. Holy fuck...retch all day and the worst headache of my life... Well, I love drinking so stopping is no option Think I'll just be cautious during drinking. Looks like alcohol tolerance is heavily reduced so I'll pace myself when I'm in the mood for booze. Did some "research" and there are several ways people deal with/prevent the hangover. Pickle juice, broth (so basically electrolytes), for each glass of alcohol drink one glass of water and drink a lot of water before going to bed. A nice bacon and egg breakfast might help, too. I'll probably start keto by Tuesday/Wednesday (depending on when the flu is gone; don't wanna put my body under a metabolic change while being ill) and drink with some friends on Friday. Gonna treat it like an experiment
  15. Great read
  16. Coming down with the flu again. Third time this year. How is this even possible?
  17. Need to level up much more before I go there
  18. @Fierce_LiNk Man, I can't keep up with new music releases these days... Their new album Eat the Elephant will be released on April 20th.
  19. Uh-oh, here I go again. I'd like to have this as my phone wallpaper. This is what it looks like now: Anyone (@Eenuh ) here who can move the text below the time and date to make the whole song title visible?
  20. Muse - Thought Contagion Really like it. Nice riff, dark tone, Fury and The Resistance vibe lyrics, catchy chorus. Can't wait for the new album, which is probably still a long time away. I dig (heh) both Dig Down and Thought Contagion. Come on Matt, faster singing in the verses and we have rap song.
  21. I think I'm in the mood to go keto again. However, I'm also in the mood to drink alcohol on a few occasions during the next months. And I remember the first (and so far only) keto hangover I got...it was horrible. Three options: deal with the hangover from time to time don't drink during keto don't do keto #2...nah, can't do that. #3...hm...I really want to, though. #1...urgh. @Raining_again I think I asked you this in the past but...do you have any tips (if you drink/had experience with this problem)? I assume if I "carb up" before drinking I immediately get out of ketosis, right?
  22. Traveled to Skellige in order to complete a certain missable quest for a trophy (and for the items). Hate that place...why? I hate that there are white wolfs that I have to kill (for an abandoned place) I know this sounds stupid but it's really fucking hard for me to do that. I have a soft spot for big, fluffy dogs so even video game equivalents make me go "aww" (unless they look like crap). Just look at them.
  23. Haven't posted here in a while. First of all: the lady I was talking about in the last few posts...I asked her if she was still interested in going out even if it was just for half an hour (because she didn't/doesn't have much time). She said "yeah ". Good, right? No. Every proposal to meet was answered with "Sorry, no time." So I said: "Ok, just give me a shout when you find the time." That was two months ago. Apparently she never has time. Soooo...number deleted, moving on. I should put myself out there more. I'm going to clubs quite regularly, dancing with girls but I just don't feel the need to hook up, which is what most of the ladies were after. I'm not that kinda guy. And I don't really think I'm interested in dating someone who's just out there to hook up. Not because I find that attitude repulsive; I mean, they can do whatever they want. It's just that I got dumped twice after a 2 1/2 year relationship because the ladies in question wanted to "experience more", i.e. sleep around, even though I am "the best guy they will probably ever meet". It kinda screwed me up with regards to that. And to be honest, that last breakup still lingers with me. I'm over her but not over the reason (see above). Oh well...maybe the day will come when I turn into "that kinda guy" or when I don't find the idea of trying to find someone tiring any longer.
  24. Man City wrecked Basel last night. Holy cow. And the Spurs' comeback in the second half was incredible, too. The return match will be interesting. Looking forward to tonight's matches. Real vs PSG is obviously the game. Really hope it will be cracking. Next week is our turn. At home against Besiktas. We shouldn't underestimate them.
