Sooo...I recently bought a Podcast app and I need some suggestions for gaming podcasts. Lay 'em on me.

Quick question: What do the abbreviations mean (1RM, PRs)? The weight is only for plates. The app requires you to put in weights and reps yourself and I forgot to add the 20kg for the barbell It's quicker to calculate which plates to use for the next workout, though. But I guess, depending on what exactly the abbreviations mean, I should include the 20kg?

Yeah, I'll see how it goes with the 5x5 Deadlifts. I'm increasing the weight every time by 2.5kg instead of the 5kg that are recommended in the Stronglift program so it'll be slower and safer.

Yeah, at the end of March the Universe Survival Arc will come to an end. Personally I think there's no way Dragon Ball won't continue after that. Maybe the arc will end with a cliffhanger? Angels are stronger than Gods (of Destruction), maybe Goku isn't stronger than Angels which could provide the next stage in power for future battles? Who knows

Went to the theatre tonight (with the lady from last night ) to watch White Rabbit, Red Rabbit. If you get the chance to see it, I urge you to do so. Go in without reading anything about it. It's wonderfully thought-provoking.

Yeah, I did the regular 5x5 last year until I got injured but I wanted to focus a bit more on my lower back this time. Especially since I suffer from the occasional back pains. After a week of training it feels like it's gotten better already. Might just be placebo effect, though

Decided to text a friend (not a particularly close friend, but a friend nonetheless) of mine a couple of days ago. She spent a semester in Portugal and I wanted to know what it was like. We texted a bit and then she asked if I'd like to get a drink some time. That time has come We spent a lovely evening in a bar, talked for 5 hours about everything. It was also clear that it wasn't a date. We didn't address it but it was somehow obvious. And even though she's beautiful and a great person it was good that it wasn't a date as I'm still not ready. I did, however, have a wonderful time and I feel fucking great.

A friend of mine (M.Sc. Exercise Science and Coaching) recommended what I started doing, so I'm going to stick with it for now. But he also told me what you guys told me: eventually a time will come when I have to switch things up.

Initially I was quite skeptical but I've used the Switch on several occasions last year and I've come to like the concept. I would want one if it wasn't for the lackluster lineup so far. Nothing aside from Super Mario Odyssey interests me, almost all of the indie games I can play on my PS4 (or even Vita) and Metroid Prime 4 needs to show up. As it stands right now it would be a waste of money I don't have. I'm happy that the Switch is doing gangbusters, though. Really great to see Nintendo back on track. Still worried about the online service, though...

Cleaned my room today. Threw away lots of stuff I didn't need anymore and lots of stuff I got from my two ex girlfriends. Feels good.

It's a shame that this game will make him a not insignificant amount of money, though.

Straight from ResetEra. Three PS4 exclusives in the top 10 is impressive. Could happen again next year with GoW, Spiderman, Days Gone and/or Spyro (if that's exclusive). Oh...and GTA fucking V. 1 million last year? It came out in 2013...

Finally found an equivalent for Lo Salt/Lite Salt in Germany. It's still quite expensive at 4€ for 200g, but it's better than paying 10€+ for 350g via import. Electrolyte intake won't be a problem anymore.

Diablo III is great, especially in co-op. Doubt it'll really work on the small screen, though. On a TV, however...a must buy for Switch owners (if this is indeed a tease for a Switch version).
