Finally got the time to listen to the new Muse album. It's different....most of the songs are growers I think, but I do like the direction the album has gone in. Saying that, Algorithm (Alternate Reality version) is incredible! It's like Muse and Hans Zimmer got together and had a baby!

I'm betting on Pokémon too. Reason being that I bought Pokémon, but I didn't buy Spyro. So Pokémon is already one copy ahead, and that seems like a pretty unassailable lead.

Played a bit more of this last night. It's very bizarre...and very Japanese. Did the substory where you end up coaching a dominatrix on how to humiliate a client, as well as the one where Michael Jackson and Steven Spielberg turn up to shoot a music video, and you have to protect MJ from zombies while he moonwalks down the street. All pretty standard. Learned a third fighting style, Beast, although I think I prefer Rush. Do you have to build up and use all of them? Or can you just use the one you prefer? I've deposited about 10million into the Rush abilities and far less into the other two, but i'm slowly dumping money into them anyway, as I don't want to keep too much money on me in case Mr Shakedown turns up again (what a dick). Also, what's the deal with the erotic video parlour? Seems a bit weird to just have a load of softcore porn in the game for no reason.

Started playing this on Saturday, and so I'll likely be spamming this thread for a while. I completed the first chapter, and write enjoying it so far. The story is pretty engaging, and the combat is ok (feels a bit flat after Spider-Man, but that's an unfair comparison). Tokyo feels weirdly familiar to the real thing considering this is set 30 years ago...

Does it require much extra work? Can't you just hand the publisher a USB with the game on and tell them to whop it in a disk, cheers mate, done.

If you take away the nostalgia value, I genuinely don't see the appeal. I never played the NES, SNES or PS1, and all these consoles seem like a rip-off to me. However, when they everyday make N64 and Gamecube versions, I'll probably be throwing my money away, the same as everyone else.

10 episodes is more than enough room for shark jumping if you try hard.

Finished Sabrina yesterday. It was ok, but not great. It all seemed a bit incoherent, to be honest. Maybe series 2 will pick up a bit. The opening music was probably the best bit. That and Richard Coyle.
