Its weird watching Phil Spencer talk about all the people watching at the event and all the people from Fanfest, knowing that a lot of the journalists are still trying to get in. Its almost like they filled the room first with people who will cheer...

Well apparently there are a shit load of people still waiting to get into the press conference so its probably gonna be late. They're even bringing in extra metal detectors so they can split the lines.

Yeah I did. They were probably more positive than I would have expected. Finding some of the stuff interesting. I think they most described the conference as feeling flat and found the continued use of looping footage worrying.

Anyone watched/watching NJPW Dominion this weekend? I'm a couple of matches in so far and enjoying it. Unfortunately though I have had a couple of results spoiled for me.

I have no problem with there being a C&C mobile game, I just don't want one where I have to play with other people.

I feel like Anthem could have just been set in the Mass Effect universe.

The looping of the Battlefront II footage was terrible, especially for a game thats already out!

I thought at first that Andrea Rene was presenting the entire thing. Shame she only seems to be bookending it because she'd have been a good choice.

Never been a massive Hulk fan but I read The Immortal Hulk #1 yesterday and really enjoyed it. It's taken the character in more of a horror direction and works really well. I'm looking forward to reading more.

Bought myself 2 more books today. I already own Hush in physical form but I'm slowly rebuilding my collection digitally and was in the mood to re-read it so figured why not. I'm also planning on getting more of the Marvel Epic Collections series. I already have all the Amazing Spider-Man ones and want to branch out. Originally I was against them releasing them out of order but I ended up finding I quite liked bouncing around from story to story and era to era when reading them.

To be fair with the hacking of the Switch hardware I wouldn't be surprised if Nintendo have started working on a new model seeing as their current one is compromised.
