  1. Never gonna happen though sadly. Amy Hennig went to Naughty Dog so the story would never be truly complete, and Tony Jay passed. Finally...SE tend to hate doing things correctly.
  2. Not that that's a bad thing. Looks to be shaping up nicely. Now if they'd just release Dark Millennium as well.
  3. We will undoubtedly have Camera control because now that they've worked into the games they can't seem to make a game without it for better or worse. I'm looking about you MGS:Portable Ops/Peace Walker. Both of those games would be better with the top-down camera as the controls are ill suited to having camera control, and the 3DS controls are no different.
  4. Ico/SotC help to drive that point home.
  5. Of minor interest, http://www.destructoid.com/mysterious-nintendo-film-shoot-involves-zelda-williams-202312.phtml. Of more interest is that someone as creepily hairy as Robin Williams can have a daughter that hot. (Destructiod doesn't have the best picture of her, but the neogaf thread has some good ones).
  6. Keeping in this theme... Mr. Fish!
  7. As many problems as I think Uncharted 2 had, I did not think length was one of them actually.
  8. Cosmic Walker About the same fate as Project Hammer I'd guess.

It's a fantastic little game, the Swedish Voice acting really completes the package.
  10. I'm curious as to why, but if it has HDMI you can just use an adapter and be all good. I will say, HDMI-DVI looked just as good on my PS3, I just had no way to get sound personally.
  11. I have heard that it's hard as hell, and until you start getting some skills dropping bombs is key to winning earlier fights.
  12. For $5 from a friend that made it, I took a pic then added the gradient and poorly cropped it. I got most of the original erased but....ehh
  13. 100 Steam Games found worth 1436.01 USD...Steamcalculator is goddamn depressing.... 108 game by my count though...
  14. I'm sad...I have no 151, well no more 151. I took half a 5th to a friends tonight (illegal I think since it's an opne conatainer) and that was the end of that....now I need to replensich my home stock. I'm at a pretty happe level at the moment, nbbut sooooo tired. I like working sicne it means money and the path to getting the fuck out of my parents hous (yay freedom) but it also means not being able to fuck off and easily drink all night and stay up way to late and what not. I'm tired by like 10:00, I feel like an old person and I shold be readin the paper....
  15. This, though not just for being Vampires.
  16. It may be a fractured experience, but it would still be worth it.
  17. I'm already Gallivanting about as Geralt...albeit I'm replaying the first. Dunno if I'll get this right away but I will certainly be getting it.
  18. This would be :fap: Just forgo their own attempt and bring full steam integration into a console (with obviously separate catalogues from the PC) but a single account across both unified friends list where you can change your name at will. It'll never happen, Nintendo moves to quickly for Valve time.
  19. That was....something indeed. I was too two things last night really tired and really drunk. Luckily I sit in a recliner because that's where I fell asleep with my laptop on my lap in an active chatroom and listening to Super Troopers in the background. I woke up at 5:11 and it was extremely hard to focus my eyes to tell what time it was. I was still buzzing pretty hard and making it to me bed which is practically touching the chair was hard.
  20. Laptops do run hotter than desktops. However, with relatively low air flow my CPU still only gets to about 50 under load (gaming) right now it's hovering at 40.
  21. I'd say over 55-60C for CPU is what I'd be comfortable with for semi-significant amount of time, that's still rather high though. That said, a CPU will go to 100C before the fail safe kicks in and just shuts down the PC. The higher the temp the sooner the chip will burn out. Generally around high 30's to low 40's is a good place to be. Motherboards, I have no clue, but in Pancake's screencap the temp is in red so that's apparently severe. Of note, at 78C the color was only orange/yellow for the CPU. A high-end GPU runs much hotter though, 70-80 under load is not uncommon now, and Hard Drives should stay under 50 (according to what Speccy determined by mine).
  22. It's the fan, which would be the whirring noise. Those temps are waaaay to high. Your laptop is overheating, oh and 2GB of RAM is fine. Back to the fan, my suggestion is you or someone who's comfortable if you aren't popping the case open and cleaning out any dust that has gathered. If there isn't any dust....well things get a bit more complicated. But at those temps your hardware will start to fry itself into oblivion and then you would need a new laptop.
  23. Did this start happening right after the removing memory or is it more recent? If it's recent we can discount that as the cause. Though Emasher (love the sig btw) is right that less RAM=poorer multitasking. Whirring sounds make me think Hard Drive. It is possible your laptop is slowing down to access the HD, but if you're just browsing the internet it shouldn't be accessing it to that extreme. Which...brings us back to RAM. RAM or possibly a virus, run a scan if you can.
  24. This is pretty much the ToS for any image hosting site, which you agree to everytime you upload. It's a bit of a lose lose really, it's shit that they can claim you retain ownership but they can use the picture for any purpose they bloody well please but....the other choice is to....well probably not upload photos.
  25. Less sensitivity=/=better.
