Ironically, the large majority of LPs I have watched are of games I've played and beaten. Watching an LP is not just about kicking back and watching what's happening. It's a little hard to explain though.

Well, I'm stupid and bought a Xbox One. So given my track record they basically just have to release the damn thing and I'll get it sometime.

Just lucky. Rest of my coins yeilded no results. God the grind to Rank 5 sucks, and just to try and get a ghost above 350.....

Yesterday I went two for two on dropping Three of Coins and getting Exotics to drop in Iron Banner. Either super lucky or they bumped up the success rate in IB matches. Forgot to use one on my third match.

I love the absurdly huge shadows that 3 of the 4 Dpad buttons cast while simultaneously nothing else on the controller has a shadow.

Cheapness, definitely go with the OG model then. I'm sure there will be unofficial price cuts to move stock out. From what I've read, the Pro is about an inch longer and wider, but the same height.

Everything does look pretty great (Fury upscaled to 4K, fantastic). I'm just still dialing in settings and trying to get blacks that aren't grey still. (Bobs Burgers specifically washes out the blacks, other media is more accurate.) Like I said games definitely look great though. Yeah, a larger size was a bigger shopping point to me. I sit far enough away that 50" was a hair too small for some text. So OLED was right out. I was sort of thinking of going with Samsung 4K, but somehow I just preferred the Sony model. I do enjoy that it has component inputs actually unlike the Samsung! My PS3 slim quit outputting through HDMI about 5 years ago so component is it for it.

Yeah, if you can wait the extra month before diving in I don't see much reason to forgo getting the Pro. The price is more, but it's a somewhat more capable machine as well.

I'm sad though. I should've waited for OLED to become affordable like I tried telling myself I would. Gaming it performs just as well as my plasma, but Netflix the Blacks just aren't there in some things. Oh well, it's just a fantastic picture.
