  1. I’m 28, going on 29. I’m a single chap who doesn’t drive, but I have a career. Am I happy with this, pretty much. I still get asked for I.D, which isn’t a problem as I find it quite pleasing that I look young. I've been told over the years to stop playing video games, to stop going to the movies and to stop going out. That's 3 things i enjoy doing, and i won't be stopping any time soon. I don't want to turn into one of them "boring" grown-ups, which would be depressing. I don't want to spend my Saturday nights watching Casualty or Britain's Got Talent. I'll be gaming for years to come, and i reckon many people will still do so. And i wouldn't want to get into a relationship, if i am expected to give it up in exchange for watching the likes of them shows. I still act immature at times, sometimes under the influence of alcohol. Others because I feel like it. Which brings me onto the big one, yes i'm 28 and still live at home. A few years ago, this was seen as being wrong. However in this climate and more and more people moving back in with parents, it's becoming the norm slowly. Parents, friends, work colleagues, neighbours and other members of my family have tried pressuring me into finding a woman, learning to drive and getting a place of my own. It has resulted in arguements, some quite heated. If there is something that needs to be known, don't pressure me. I do things when i want to do them, not when others insist it. Why does this have to be the norm, why is it perceived to give up things you love to do in order to do what is known as "grown-up things". I got a career, i'm happy with that. I've got savings, and i'm saving to move out one day. So yeah, pretty much happy with life. Got a career, living a pretty much independent life at home. No rush to turn into “boring grown-up” just yet.
  2. Sometimes, you gotta hate him.
  3. Wonder if Hammond will follow suit?. BBC are planning on airing the last bits of Top Gear as we know it over the summer.
  4. That was insane. First time i've had a shot at the new tracks (which are very nice by the way), didn't do too badly. My main issue was the brakes, which i didn't know Mario Kart had. I think i got used to it by the end.
  5. Going in, this will be fun. Had only one race at 200cc, it was fun.
  6. I'm all installed and ready to go
  7. This quote with your avatar = well suited. Good thing i got gold on all 150cc cups a few days ago. Going to suck at 200cc, i'm literrally going to have little to no practice until the actual race.

I said it before, and i'll say it again. Evolution are spoiling us.
  9. Only gets better from there.
  10. When GTA: San Andreas came out, me and a mate set a challenge. Which was to get any vehicle up Mount Chilliard, and even land a plane on it (and take off again) if possible. I managed to get a truck and trailer up there, he nearly got a combine harvester up before it fell off the mountain. He managed to land a small jet on the mountain, but couldn't take off as there wasn't enough room to do so. I did get a military jet on there, and took off again as i was able to rotate the thrust.
  11. I'm usually home (if my train connection is ok) around 7pm, so WiiU straight on and downloading as soon as i get back. Have to free up 1 gig on the ol 8 gig model tonight.
  12. I would be guessing just the story missions, which if that's true then that's impressive still.
  13. Ventured into GP mode, found i had not completed all of 150cc mode (by that, i had several bronze's and a few silvers). Soon solved that, got myself gold on all tracks with a few 3* completions. I don't know really, but i found 150cc easier than earlier incarnations.
  14. 1tb is what i went for, at the same RPM as the 500gb HDD that came with the PS4. That should be more than enough for me.
  15. It's an Action/Adventure RPG style game. No multiplayer featured, but seeing as the final incarnation is getting on for 200 hours long, i don't believe it would need multiplayer.

    Wow, Evolution are spoiling us.
  17. Thursdays is the best night for me. I should be alright again next week.
  18. It does seem like many just don't post here no more, which is a shame.
  19. I went for the insane edition, the one that costs a lot more. Why, because why not.
  20. Another loss recorded, 3-1 to Coventry City. Some of them teams are strong, it feels like it's impossible to try and win.
  21. Problem for me is, as i work in Cardiff i hit so many relays i miss out on actual hits sometimes. I think you probably get the same issues as i do on trips into the city.
  22. Gotta get myself a high-end apartment to get heists as well. May be sometime.
  23. Will be hectic at 200cc Good races everyone, boy them bombs i hate.
  24. I bought both packs at the time, can't wait to test the tracks out myself next week. As for today, i'm in. Managed to secure a lift home so i'll be home with time to spare.
