Am I the only one who's bothered that Banjo in that band-based artwork is not playing the banjo? It really bugs me.

At 4pm, I decided to randomly check my Friends List... (Read: Not actually random, I had a sneaking suspicion about something) SLOOOOOOWWWW! Small Battlefield is nice and all, but why has this update completely ruined my "My Music" setups? Being able to have any song on the Smash stages is fine, but there's no way to turn this off. What if I want the Smash stages to only play Smash music? I've painstakingly applied every song to the stage I think fits best and it doesn't matter on Battlefield/Final Destination, because the Smash music probably won't show up there now...

OK, best check a look at that then. You know what? Just to make sure. @martinist and @S.C.G, did you have any disconnections once the first GP restarted?

Welp, I've booted up a fresh file on Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. And against my better judgement, I might have also started a new file of Octopath Traveler. Don't get me wrong, Octopath is crazy good, but...

While I wait for @BowserBasher to get those results to me, here are the results from last week. @S.C.G nominated @martinist for the Loser's Gambit and gets an extra 4 points in the second GP (On top of the 10 for beating me) I won't bother with the table and the theme until I post this week's results.

Funny to think that some people actually believe that Isabelle wasn't the biggest new character in Smash Ultimate when it was released.

Actually, that's not a bad idea, but now that you've mentioned it, what's to stop people from suggesting the stuff they don't choose? Feel like you should have PM'd me that idea... Anyway, totally spaced on posting the theme and results from last week, will try and get that up later today.

Worth noting that this is exactly what Tokyo Mirage Sessions did. Pressing - pauses the game to put what would have been the Gamepad screen up on the TV. It worked fine, it's not the end of the world, but if you've played the WiiU version, it will feel clumsy in comparison.

Paper Mario's soundtrack has gotten miles better in it's later entries. That said, so far, I do prefer the main battle theme from Colour Splash. Also gonna use this opportunity to put in the best Paper Mario song. (Hilarious instrumentation disguises the fact that this fight is proper hard!) I guess what I'm trying to say is that I would have preferred a Colour Splash theme, but would inevitably be disappointed because it could only have 3 songs and that's nowhere near enough.

QUESTION! @RedShell When you say "No pipes", do you mean no pipes that take you to a sub-area? Like, could I still use a pipe if the player can't actually go into it?

As if! My knowledge of Halo makes you look like a right genius in comparison! Robot Devil there representing the rest of the thread.

Total outsider to Halo here, but I was always under the impression that the multiplayer is what garnered the most praise with that series.

Noticed the old "If it's just cosmetics, microtransactions are not as bad" argument pop up here. I've seen kids get picked on because they use the default skin in Fortnite. Naturally, I give whoever tries this a right telling off if they even dare to pull that crap with me around. Just chiming in with that. Go back to your Halo discussion.
