Well sure, it's not a console, it's a new interface, new tech that games need to align with over time. Yeah you can't buy one now and get stuck into a single epic experience rivalling the kind of games you mentioned, but you can probably get even more mileage out of it by different means. Hundreds of homebrew experiences, trying games you loved in the past in new ways, mods, experiments. Heck, you could play Super Mario 64 using it if you wanted.

I think maybe I need to accept that what I've got is what it is, a bit of fun that might go somewhere, but try not to be too disappointed if it doesn't. Enjoyed it a lot last time I saw her, too much to mess this up just because I'm unhappy in between. I think I'm convinced that my options are a) try to make this into something serious soon, or b) move on to look for someone who definitely is looking for something more serious from the start. But what's to say I would end up with either if I said something? Seems more likely I'd end up with nothing. To that end, I have to stop using this as an excuse for why I'm generally unhappy outside work, and put in some effort to improving my life other than in terms of dating. Boom, life epiphany, now I just have to actually stick to that instead of eating and drinking and netflixing myself into a coma every night.

That's a bit vague like. Earbuds? Sports? Cans? Bluetooth/NFC? Price range: £30? Best you can get for <£100? Or audiophile quality (starts around £500)? If I was going to treat myself to some good headphones right now, I'd get Audio Technica ath-m50x, for some earbuds for walking around not wanting to get mugged, I always stick with Sennheiser £30-50 range.

Demo was fun looked lovely. I found combat a bit fiddly, especially on the boss. I couldn't understand why dodge worked sometimes but not others, why dash worked sometimes but not others, well I'm sure I'd get used to it eventually.

Hm not quite as bad then, but I don't really see any reason to add someone on Facebook without asking them first. In fact, there's no need to progress from tinder to a social network at all. For me it's been tinder > chat for anything from hours to weeks > arrange a date > ask for phone number (comes across as a pretty reasonable request when you're about to meet up irl). I'm serious about easing off your approach though. I remember the first bit of advice on your previous troubles that @Blade gave you was the no-contact rule, which you totally ignored and it cost you. Try not to always be the one who initiates conversation, try not to always be the last one to send a message. Not only does it come across way less needy, but makes you feel better in hindsight too.

Ouch. Although I feel that the forums have generally been weakened by social media and our ad revenue has been torn to ribbons by adblock, we still get a fair bit of traffic through search engines, which makes us a target for bots etc.. We have a way of getting rid of them very quickly so they often go unnoticed. If you spot one that's gone under our radar though, feel free to hit the report button.

I think that would make me uncomfortable too. Especially if they didn't even give you their surname :/ Seems to me you generally need to ease off in your approach a little.

That's not really strange... assuming you bought the 5S when it was relatively new, the SE is a budget/small phone less powerful than the 1.5 year old 6, not an iPhone flagship model. It's not going to have much of an upfront cost on contract when the device itself is 2/3 the normal price of an iPhone at launch.
