Must've been a mis-labelling, but I got Dead Island for £20 in a CEX-alike in town. Wa-hin!

Signed onto the Fall Dashboard preview program the other week, had the updates sent down and am using the preview dash. Comparing it to the NXE dash, it is pretty good. Still able to use the themes from previous purchases. Anyone else signed onto the Fall Dashboard program??.

I think I remember the Giant Bomb guys talking about that and how it just doesnt work very well at all. Looking at the customer reviews it doesnt seem to be getting good feedback either.

I did but forgot about it. The interface is very nice.

Oh it is nice. I can see why they've done it like this, obviously to make it more Kinect-appealing but still. It is good, and if i was given a chance to go back to the old design, i'd say no.

Does cloud saving allow you access download content from another console if you load the Gamertag from the cloud?

Even though it's designed with Kinect in mind, I think it's also much more controller-friendly than the previous one.

Doubt it, Download content is on license to the console it was downloaded to. Sometimes Gamertag as well.

Had set-up a network bridge between my 360 and PC, and now it buggered up and won't work at all. Even if i set it up again from scratch, it won't work. It's the problem with the slim, the wireless isn't that good, so may need a wireless adaptor for it.

May invest in them, they do look like they'll do the job. From the sounds of it, i would need to plug one downstairs next to the router and the other upstairs near the 360/PC. Now then, just need 2 double plug sockets and voila!!!.

Sony's going to agree to put Kinect in TVs? That seems a bit strange...

What's next? Sonic on a Nintendo console?

Thinking about it some more, I think Microsoft are trying to get Kinect used outside gaming. So it's not really much stranger than a Sony laptop running Windows. Or Sony film franchises having multi-platform games.
