Eyecatching, colourful, very fitting border, interestingly coloured faces and a very nice font.

I'd use a 2 or 3 pixel outer glow around the font though it's a little hard to read.

athriller made it for me, it's my favourite band they're called cocorosie. the effect contains one of the sisters' paintings.
