These are high on my list too (especially the first, which I never got a proper chance to play) and are surely in with a good shot at being added?

Yeah, I would also love to these arrive on the service. The second game commands a very high price on the second hand market and I imagine many would be happy if it made an appearance as part of the subscription. I wouldn't mind seeing the N64 Castlevania games as well.

I can't remember, but has any Konami game come to NSO?

Because I get the feeling they'd rather make their own compilations and sell them, rather then let Nintendo use them there. And well... when was the last time Konami cared about Goemon?

It's the standard problem with third parties on this service.

We got Pop n’ Twinbee on SNES NSO, but I think that’s it?

I guess in that case, Konami not giving a flying fudge about Goemon is probably better for it's chances here.

Because I certainly don't see them making a collection for it any time soon.

Castlevania Bloodlines is also on the Mega Drive NSO, iirc

EDIT: Wasn't Contra on the NES, too?

You could be thinking of the NES Mini with that one. Though according to Wikipedia Contra: Hard Corps is on the MD NSO service so you weren't far off.

Here's hoping. I would play the original but I need to find a cable so my N64 will connect to my telly.

Nintendo 64 controllers are, at the time I write this, in stock still on the Nintendo UK store (having gullibly caved in & clicked to purchase!).
Thanks @Ealdst 😃👍🏻

The one day I am not able to get on to check in the morning. Well I'll wait another 12 months.

The US My Nintendo Store has been getting intermittent restocks of the N64 controller over the past few weeks; and it seems like it’s our turn now, so you should get a few more chances over the next few days/weeks.

Keep a tab open on your phone or whatever.  You should be able to get one. And it’s worth the effort, it’s a brilliant replica! :peace:

Fuck! Missed out again.

Which part of "Notify me" button clicking did they not get? Recieved no message at all. Wankers.

If anyone sees it again, please harass me via the Facebook

No notification for me either. I just lucked out on seeing the thread here and on another site during the 2-3 hour window they happened to be available.  I’d assumed, like you, that the ‘notify me’ option would essentially give those people a heads-up of some kind.

Thanks again, @Ealdst.

Very welcome! Mine also arrived today, great to finally have an analogue stick that just feels right for these games!

You two should play Sin & Punishment to celebrate.

That game is so not made for a Pro Controller!

Nah. Already finished it. I'll break it in with Pokemon Puzzle League.

It is on my list, I deliberately avoided it hearing people complain about pro controller mapping

A game designed to be played with the D-Pad?

Interesting...

The controller has a D-Pad. ::shrug:

I mean, yeah, but most people buy that controller for either the C Buttons, or the Control Stick.

I just find it amusing that you're using PPL as the breaking in game.

Well, if they had more games on the service I could use it on one of those instead. I'm pretty much done with all the ones they have on it at the moment.
