Weight loss is easy if you really want it. Don't eat any chocolate or sweets or cakes and do a bit of exercise (and it really only has to be a bit if you cut out the junk food). Get a bicycle.

The beard thing looks good Daft, although I prefered the grizzly trampish one personally. I like how you're in the same location and have similar clothes in the before/after, just head is at different angle. Almost as if you turned and viola! Beard.
