Guys! Guys! You need to watch Akame ga Kill! I just watched the first episode and it was just WOW! The first half of episode one lures you into believing you're watching a bog standard fantasy adventure, then the second half happens and you're like, well that escalated quickly...And i love it!

Will check it out this evening. Thanks for the heads up.

I assume you were incapable of "pausing" it. However if it were a bird that rang ya... ;)

You qualify as a bird, you've got tits after all ;)

Started catching up with Hunter x Hunter, I really don't like the narrative heavy episodes, such a lazy method of storytelling.

I really hated it. Really did my head in the narrator heavy episodes.

Watched it last night and thought it was great! Watched the next two episodes too! I found it hilarious! Proper amusing. That first episode rocked aswell! Completely did not expect that towards the end.

You know the series is going to end when Sakura finally does something noteworthy.

I think it's better in the anime, more of a chore when you read the chapters.

Alright people, here I go. Looking for a new anime to watch.

On my list so far:

Cowboy Bebop (supposed to be the greatest Anime Series ever made; if it is, I'd love to watch it on DVD or Bluray but can't find a complete edition)

Steins;Gate (actually started it once, but had to stop during the first episode as something had come up)

Code Geass (a friend recommended it; however I have no idea how much she is into animes and whether I should trust her in that regard :p Well, she may start watching Neon Genesis Envangelion after I recommended it to her, so..)

Berserk (somehow, when browsing anime sites, this series always pops up, no idea what it's about)

Hunter X Hunter (is apparently a loooooooooooooooooong series and also got a remake? I may save it for later)

Anyone would like to recommend me one of these? Or even one I didn't list? :)

Apart from Steins gate which I can't commenton, they're all great.

I prefer to read rather than watch so for that I'd choose Hunter x Hunter but for watching I'd say Code Geass.

Are you enjoying it so far? I was just thinking about buying it.

Only seen three episodes. It's interesting, though not a lot of stuff has happened and you get a lot of information about time travel and a bit of quantum physics thrown at you with no real detail or further explanation. Looking forward to more.

It's also insanely funny
