Serebii Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 If you got the download code from GAME, it can now be downloaded off the eShop
Dog-amoto Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 So if I buy the download code from GAME, will it automatically register on Club Nintendo, or do I have to do anything like enter another code I am given?
Hero-of-Time Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 (edited) So, i've moved into Hyrule ( Adam Mayor of Hyrule ). I decided to build my house just on the edge of the cliffs facing out to the beach. That's some nice beach real estate right there. It's my birthday tomorrow so hopefully I will get something nice off the towns folk. I will have to start buttering them up today. Edited June 13, 2013 by Hero-of-Time
Ike Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 So if I buy the download code from GAME, will it automatically register on Club Nintendo, or do I have to do anything like enter another code I am given? It'll automatically register once you redeem the code on the eShop and you've linked your Club Nintendo account. Edit: Then you need to go on the Club Nintendo site and complete the survey.
martinist Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 Spent the first session with this gaining bells to pay off my first loan. I've got about 5000 of the 10,000 bells at the moment. Just been selling sea shells and fruit. Also I accidently ate a perfect pear while trying to plant it >_< while i was still trying to figure out the controls.

Yeah, hat's the deal with the perfect fruit? I have but refuse to sell it as I don't know what it does.

flameboy Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 2.5 odd hours in and I already have Link's hat. AWWWWW YEAH! Yeah there is lots of pretty cool Nintendo based swag to enjoy. I'll post some pics later!
Ville Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 Yeah, hat's the deal with the perfect fruit? I have but refuse to sell it as I don't know what it does. While harvesting fruit, carefully look for "perfect" fruit! There is usually one "perfect" fruit in your town when your town is created. Native "perfect" fruit sell at Re-Tail for 600 bells each. You can sell it, but it's probably better to save it until you get a Shovel: then you can plant it to create more. If you sell it, though, don't fret because another "perfect" fruit can appear on your native fruit trees in the future. A "perfect" fruit tree will bear fruit only four, five, six, or seven times. Then, it will shed its leaves. If you wish to continue to harvest, you will have to replant. Prices: -Native Fruit: 100 Bells -Tropical Fruit: 250 Bells -Foreign Fruit: 500 Bells -Perfect Native Fruit: 600 Bells -Perfect Foreign Fruit: 3,000 Bells http://acwiki3ds.wikispaces.com/Fruit So basically they're the best fruit you can grow yourself, but need replanting after 4-7 harvests.

I forget. I have my perfect pear stored away along with two other none native fruits to plant but don't want them to die without water! Edited June 13, 2013 by flameboy
daftada Posted June 13, 2013 Author Posted June 13, 2013 Has anyone tried time-travelling yet? I want to put my 3ds' clock back to monday but not if it screws anything up in the game.
Happenstance Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 My copy arrived today. Gonna start on it later once ive played some of The Last of Us.

Rummy Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 Just setting up now - hadn't realised how you buy Fortune Cookies! I haven't explored too much yet, but I want some foreign fruits! Got peaches native, just like my original GC town

I somehow fucked my WW game with time travelling - was accidentally filled my ENTIRE town with weeds - that was when WW died a death for me
Kaytee Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 Just got home from work and my copy was waiting for me! Wanted a physical copy even though I've ordered the 3DSXL, so will probably end up with two towns at some point. So excited to start playing! Had to change the delivery date on the bundle to tomorrow as no one was in to sign for it so have to wait a few more hours for that.
Mandalore Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 Downloading! Not very often GAME gets my money nowadays.
RedShell Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 Oh man, already completely addicted! It's all so familiar, yet awesomely fresh at the same time. Words just can't describe how much I love the AC series.

Yes I love the tiny little differences and flourishes that make it feel different enough.
Kaytee Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 Started the game up and realised I still don't know what to call my town... this could take a while.
