heroicjanitor Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 Yeah you did stand out a bit Mundi, although I was accused of starting fires too for a while.
Tales Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 Again? don't you guys sleep? Great game, although I didn't participate much before late in the game.
ReZourceman Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 Great roles. Shame I died so early. The most frustrating thing was the "eureka" moment of (whoever it was) saying "Gasp, ReZ has been supercharged and targeted two people...I think ReZ can target two people" and everyone jumped on it like "Oh yeah, nice detective work". But I said I could target two people. :p I know it wouldn't have made a difference though. I went for a risky strat.
jayseven Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 good game I felt pretty much invincible throughout. I liked how we were never certain that we had killed a mafia. If we had got tales earlier in the game then I think we would have been sure he was maff at all.
Mr-Paul Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 Good game, though I defo think the town was overpowered. That and your lynches were quite lucky - i wasn't lynched for any real reason and everyone voted for me before I got a chance to get online, all in the space of about 12 hours when I was at uni and the 3DS launch party. I'm sure I could've saved myself if I was given a chance and got you to investigate me at night and appear good. Diageo was our best player by far, he was playing brilliantly on the day he got lynched.
Rummy Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 Aww man, I missed it all while I was asleep! Tales played well towards the end, but I was eyeing him up! Well done all, now we're free to act like...Gentlemen! I thought the kind man would be Peter, but why did you want him to come forward, Ell? Also proper top kudos to Cube for figuring out Diageo, that still amazes me.
Mr-Paul Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 I also think that maybe there wasn't enough neutrals? (Jonnas was practically town). Was this in reaction to your pirate one where the neutral mafia won?
Cube Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 Good game, though I defo think the town was overpowered. That and your lynches were quite lucky - i wasn't lynched for any real reason I thought you were lynched because I (incorrectly) worked out that you were the mafia's killer on night 2. Also proper top kudos to Cube for figuring out Diageo, that still amazes me. I didn't even think about it until Ell revealed his information.
Rummy Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 Of course, being town, I'm not going to say it was unbalanced. I think yes, we got some lucky lynches, but I don't think it was unbalanced. Given that we never received alignments either, that's quite a large bit of info for us to use, isn't it?
Beast Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 Great game and great roles! Well done to the winner and well done to all those that survived! Also in particular, Ell, Cube and Diageo, you three played a brilliant game, well done to you lads! And another thing I really want to know....who killed me? lmao.
Sméagol Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 [..] i wasn't lynched for any real reason and everyone voted for me before I got a chance to get online, [..] It started that way, but I brought in some solid evidence.
Ellmeister Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 Everyone gave kudos to Cube, but I was the one who helped start it all as well :p I must admit Diageo, you infuriated me with your nonsensical babbling and I wanted you lynched, mafia or not in the end :p I was convinced Heroic was making up rubbish because he didn't vote for Diageo and kept thinking I was doing random things. I liked my role, but unfortunately it was hard to piece anything together at first. I'm not sure whether I played my role well Peeps, hopefully I wasn't too stupid where you gave me clues!

The Peeps, what would happen if Ando targeted Heroicjanitor?
Rummy Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 Me, I was the only one left. The Peeps, what would happen if Ando targeted Heroicjanitor? I'd wondered that myself! Maybe an active kill, or reactive town kill? Peeeeeeeeeeeeps!
Diageo Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 Games without alignments seem to end quicker. Which is interesting.
The Peeps Posted April 6, 2011 Author Posted April 6, 2011 I also think that maybe there wasn't enough neutrals? (Jonnas was practically town). Was this in reaction to your pirate one where the neutral mafia won? I was expecting Sylar to do a bit more damage but I didn't really give him a chance with that write-up... I had just finished work at the time and was tired so didn't really think about how incriminating it was. Sorry ReZ! Diageo gets player of the match for very nearly talking his way out of a lynch. It really looked like he was going to get away with it for at least one more night - then he would've forced Ando to target Ted which would've killed them both (and anyone else targeting Ted). Also would've worked if Ando had targeted Peter after night 3 but Jonnas played it very quiet so I don't think anyone knew he had Ted's power (until he said).

If Diageo had survived I would have forced someone to kill him (or tried to, at least).
The Peeps Posted April 6, 2011 Author Posted April 6, 2011 He still would've performed his action before getting killed
Diageo Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 Forcing people to kill others has a 10% success rate, on average.
Diageo Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 I enjoyed the beautiful relationship I developed with The Peeps in this game.
Cube Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 Forcing people to kill others has a 10% success rate, on average. I didn't think facts like that would be available to us, and that we would have to find out for ourselves.
Cube Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 You only needed to ask I prefer not to. Feels like cheating.
Nintendohnut Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 Yeah I was pretty lost in this game. Missed sending my PMs in a couple of times (sorry Peeps) but seeing as I literally got no info on any night, and only appeared in the write-up once, I didn't really have a huge amount to do. I wanted to talk and get involved but with character names flying around I was getting thoroughly confused (never watched the show) so ended up not talking too much and basing everything on how people behaved. It didn't work. Still, the town won, yay!
