Punch-Out, Wii Sports 2 (with Online also, please), New Zelda? (although i don't want new Zelda for like 3 more years), Kid Icarus?, Wario Land Shake, 1080 (for doing grabs)... dare i say "Red Steel 2" (even more accurate "gangster style" gun holding.... same shoddy aiming system since Ubi likely ignored Prime 3 cuz it owned their asses)

The possibilities are endless with 1:1

QFT : peace:

Now if someone would just embrace head-tracking - IN ANY FORM. Then i'll never need to go "next-gen" again.

Yes.

INSIDE YOURSELVES!

Nintendo is expanding the market. Within you.

I don't know why, but I read that and kinda felt... sick! :heh:

I wonder what Ubisoft games could be with this (I'm honestly not ripping on Ubisoft here, its just a thought). But this has ignited the most amount of ideas, I can't wait to see how and with what they show it off with at E3.

End of the press conference they invite some Ubi guy on to the stage. Shows off Red Steel 2, the games looks fucking incredible and the controls are stunning, 1:1 sword combat, whole auditorium goes wild!! The ubi guy then sticks the wii-mote up in the air, his character on the screen sticks out his middle finger "That's for doubting us, you fanboy cunts!"

That wouldn't save them from all the shit they pulled.

You know what this will be bundled with? Wii Music? Yep, I called it.

I was gonna post that, but you beat me to it! :p

I agree with the other posts, the Wii motion sensing is pretty crap and this could reignite my interest in Wii, but we'll see.

I hope they show it in detail during the conference and not just speculate on what it can do.

Pmsl. I don't think Nintendo should let Ubisoft get a hold of pre-release peripherals/controllers/consoles for a very long time.

If anything that honour should go to EA. Once hated by all yet now a different company, EA are a changing force in the gaming industry and one which are showing a greater relationship with Nintendo. Which is a massive thing. Get the worlds largest 3rd party on board and you don't go the way of the Dreamcast.

I'm very much underwhelmed. Why? Simple - it's pointless.

The main uses as far as I can see are drumming and sword fighting, but they simply can't work as there is no contact to prevent you from from swinging further, making sword combat especially unrealistic.

Completely agree with this. For a long time I TRULY didn't like EA, just released yearly updates, never took risks, monopolised the sports industry through paying for exclusivity (MS learnt a few things from them); but although they are still doing similar things, the class, ingenuity and risk-taking should be applauded; especially as a Wii fan. I'm really looking forward to their games this year and can't wait for some more announcements, really excited about their take on Wii Fit. I think Nintendo know how important EA are, and I think their relationship will only get stronger.

As an extra note, reports have been saying how incredible Tiger Woods controls have been, imagine what they'll be like with the new add on :)

Next thing you know Nintendo's going to be publishing that pole dancing game. I can see it now, Pole Hero III: Legends of Porn Grove.

Im pretty sure a pole dancing (as a form of exercise) game is coming out for the Wii. Not from Nintendo themselves obviously.
