Dan_Dare Posted January 30, 2010 Posted January 30, 2010 I really don't know why you spoil so much of Lost for yourself Dante. I mean, it's not like the show is good enough to watch once you know what's going to happen.
EEVILMURRAY Posted January 30, 2010 Posted January 30, 2010 The Cube, which is apparently a gameshow over here. Never heard of it. Was a weird show. Hosted by the Silver Fox.
Ashley Posted January 30, 2010 Posted January 30, 2010 Barrowman will be in at least five episodes of Desperate Housewives. BARROWMAAAAN!! Seriously, go away you're annoying.
Dante Posted January 31, 2010 Posted January 31, 2010 I really don't know why you spoil so much of Lost for yourself Dante. I mean, it's not like the show is good enough to watch once you know what's going to happen. I still in enjoy without spoiling myself in great detail.
Ashley Posted February 4, 2010 Posted February 4, 2010 Big Love has been renewed for a fifth season Which I was kind of expecting as its one of HBO's biggest shows but its always nice to get confirmation. Always weird though when a show gets renewed so early on (just aired its 4th episode of this season) as there's no question/worry it may not get picked up unlike most shows.
ReZourceman Posted February 4, 2010 Author Posted February 4, 2010 Oh look its that hot chick from He's Not Into You Really.
Ashley Posted February 4, 2010 Posted February 4, 2010 Ginnifer Goodwin Cute as a button, and attractive, and great as Margene. I hate how she was ignored in all the publicity for He's Hates You even though she was pretty much the lead.
Jon Posted February 4, 2010 Posted February 4, 2010 I watched 30 mins of Mad Men last night, and apart from waiting for every Christina Hendricks scene - I still have no idea what it's about.
Dan_Dare Posted February 4, 2010 Posted February 4, 2010 that's because you watch half an episode of the third episode of the third season. What were you expecting?
Jon Posted February 4, 2010 Posted February 4, 2010 that's because you watch half an episode of the third episode of the third season. What were you expecting? Who said anything about what episode from what season it was?
Ashley Posted February 4, 2010 Posted February 4, 2010 Who said anything about what episode from what season it was? That was the episode that aired last night. Its about Mad Men. Obviously. The clue's in the title :p
Dan_Dare Posted February 4, 2010 Posted February 4, 2010 Ok, well educated guess then as it was on BBC4 last night. If you're starting from the start then, well, no excuse is there?
Jon Posted February 5, 2010 Posted February 5, 2010 Ok, well educated guess then as it was on BBC4 last night. If you're starting from the start then, well, no excuse is there? Haha, I was being a smart arse anyway :p I was thinking it was like some sort of American heartbeat set in the inner city
Slaggis Posted February 18, 2010 Posted February 18, 2010 Words cannot describe how excited I am for Glee to comeback.
Ashley Posted February 20, 2010 Posted February 20, 2010 Words can not describe how excited I am for 2012 when I presume everyone will have gotten bored of it and it'll die. Its okay, but it annoys the fuck out of me people think its good television.
Daft Posted February 21, 2010 Posted February 21, 2010 Season 2 Overall it was...good. My biggest problem is that for a series that is gaggingly a character study, it tends to lack depth of conversation when you really want it. The finale of season 2 being the most obvious example. 8/10
Ashley Posted February 21, 2010 Posted February 21, 2010 (wrong thread, and I'm too lazy to move it :p)
Daft Posted February 21, 2010 Posted February 21, 2010 Was late when I posted. I'm going to class it as news.
Ashley Posted March 4, 2010 Posted March 4, 2010 Tron: The TV Series The plans have been put into motion for a computer animated television series that could conceivably be up by late 2011/early 2012. This would be something of a placeholder to keep the fans interest still peaked in between this first film and the next one. And also: If all goes according to plan you could see this as the first in a trilogy of films that start with the word "Tron" and end somewhere else... Legacy is only the beginning. There are preliminary plans to milk this into a franchise of "Pirate" proportions. And the buzz from it so far is very good. Source: http://blueskydisney.blogspot.com/2010/03/electronic-chatter.html
Cube Posted March 4, 2010 Posted March 4, 2010 Daft is going to go crazy (probably in both positive and negative ways at the same time).
Slaggis Posted March 4, 2010 Posted March 4, 2010 Words can not describe how excited I am for 2012 when I presume everyone will have gotten bored of it and it'll die. Considering how many people seem to love it, it must be doing something right surely?
jayseven Posted March 4, 2010 Posted March 4, 2010 That spaced clip... Why change the names? Why keep the script exactly the same? Why attempt to replicate the same camera angles then... just fucking ignore it? I'm actually genuinely torn. They could do well with it, with the characters... but they are just dessicating the corpse of a great TV show.
