dwarf Posted March 1, 2011 Posted March 1, 2011 I remember seeing that, one of teh best episodes evar.
Oxigen_Waste Posted March 1, 2011 Posted March 1, 2011 That should teach Sony not to mess around. Why the hell did they start this whole thing when nobody was doing them any harm? Greed isn't a valid reason, here.

As always we have been basing the content on your requests and also trying to get you as much new stuff as possible. There is plenty more to come. I usually end up buying Sonic on every console. There's a lot of stuff I wouldn't normally bother with, but I'm certain there will be enough stuff that I would buy (like Stacking and Sonic) to make up for the cost.
Daft Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 That's impressive. Was not expecting that. Makes me want co-op.
Pit-Jr Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 Given that unique missions were Infamous's strong point compared to Assasin's etc. Id say inFamous' strong point is how fun it is to control Cole. The missions were garbage though. I couldn't glean from the video but can these missions be downloaded like LBP's user levels?
drahkon Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 I couldn't glean from the video but can these missions be downloaded like LBP's user levels? They appear on the map as you can see at the end of the video (the green mission markers). I assume when you enter one you download the mission.
Retro_Link Posted March 4, 2011 Posted March 4, 2011 What's the difference between a 3D-ready and a 3D TV?... Amazon has two different categories. If you have a PS3 with it's 3D blu-ray player, does it effectively make a 3D-ready TV a 3D TV (seeing as 3D blu-rays and 3D games are the only way to really experience 3D at the moment). It's just Samsung have a 40inch 1080p '3D Ready' TV for £698 (which may get a bit of consideration from me, though I don't really want to spend that much).
Cube Posted March 4, 2011 Posted March 4, 2011 It's just Samsung have a 40inch 1080p '3D Ready' TV for £698 (which may get a bit of consideration from me, though I don't really want to spend that much). You need to spend an extra £60ish on the glasses.
Retro_Link Posted March 4, 2011 Posted March 4, 2011 You need to spend an extra £60ish on the glasses. So 3D-ready needs glasses, true 3D TV's don't? The first reviewer said Samsung give away free pairs of glasses through their website (not sure it still applies as this review was a few months old).
flameboy Posted March 4, 2011 Posted March 4, 2011 So 3D-ready needs glasses, true 3D TV's don't? The first reviewer said Samsung give away free pairs of glasses through their website (not sure it still applies as this review was a few months old). nah thats not true...glasses free tv's are only in very early development and currently being shown...
Retro_Link Posted March 4, 2011 Posted March 4, 2011 (edited) hmm... so what's the difference?... is there a difference?... like I said they have two different categories, so there surely must be one. Otherwise that seems like a really good deal compared to all others. Edited March 4, 2011 by Retro_Link
Cube Posted March 4, 2011 Posted March 4, 2011 hmm... so what's the difference?... I believe that 3D ready TVs simply don't include everything you need for 3D (such as the glasses).
flameboy Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Mortal Kombat on PS Plus today. Bear in mind PSN is down tonight. So grab it early. More importantly BTTF is finally released :bouncy::bouncy:
Cube Posted March 15, 2011 Posted March 15, 2011 If anyone is interested (the lack of a replay in a game like this really puts me off), Motorstorm Apocalypse has been delayed.
Cube Posted March 15, 2011 Posted March 15, 2011 Any reason? When was it meant to be out? It was due out this week. Sony decided to hold it back due to current events.
ReZourceman Posted March 15, 2011 Posted March 15, 2011 Oh right, so just because a couple people died, I don't get to play my game? Fucking selfish assholes.
Cookyman Posted March 15, 2011 Posted March 15, 2011 Oh right, so just because a couple people died, I don't get to play my game? Fucking selfish assholes. Oh come on Rez nobody is gonna fall for that one!
flameboy Posted March 15, 2011 Posted March 15, 2011 Yeah apparently an earthquake is a major cause of the apocalyptic world that Motorstorm Apocalypse in. Seems that gameplay customers may still get their copies as they had sent some out already.
Cookyman Posted March 15, 2011 Posted March 15, 2011 Is it just me? The activity on Other Consoles has ground to a halt, where the hell is everyone?
Daft Posted March 15, 2011 Posted March 15, 2011 I'm bored of games. Even Pokemon bores me. Did the third gym and haven't touched it for over a week. Even with my new desktop, I'd rather spend time on Photoshop or Premiere Pro than play games. And I've bought about ten games off Steam since I've got it. I've had Black Ops from LiveFilm for over three weeks now. Still haven't put the disk in my PS3.
Cookyman Posted March 15, 2011 Posted March 15, 2011 I'm bored of games. I've gathered that with you lately mate you've hated everything! Jesus! your opinion on Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit was shocking!
