ReZourceman Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 Something hilarious/awesome happened at work. Ill explain later, but its actually so legendary.
thirtynine. Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 Hmm, do I say "unlucky, dude" or do I say "well done for getting back with her"?...during sex? My good friends ex who has already had a baby with him split up with him because she was pregnant with another mans baby. I am definitely in the hollyoaks dimension. Both unlucky dude and well done are appropriate responses as i havent decided whether or not to let her return into my loving arms, technicly she did nothing wrong but her boss is a cock and she knows i dislike him and etc. Also, Rez I am excited to listen to your no doubt lulz worthy story.
Guest Stefkov Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 Graphics was hella boring today. I just couldn't find the spirit to do work. I think I did a pretty good drawing in the end. Mulling over it for an hour. Kept dropping off in the car on the way home, mum decides she wants lettuce. Cue horrendous traffic in Cheetham Hill....¬_¬ Times like that I wish cars were never invented.
ReZourceman Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 Rez I am excited to listen to your no doubt lulz worthy story. Sweetness. Its not uberly uberly lulz, but its kinda anecdoteish. Ill say it when I get home, cos' it will take ages to write up and we are (sickeningly, considering its a Friday (yay)) busy at the moment. Peace.
Roostophe Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 Another day passes with no GHIII...maybe Mass Effect will soothe my pain...
rokhed00 Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 The letter is now in the post to my parents, whether I get a reply I don't know, I'm hoping from their current state of health for at least one of them to get a terminal reaction to it. I can only hope.
Eenuh Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 Urgh. In Literature, we watched a small part of some documentary about how all of our food is processed and stuff. Pretty neutral documentary without any kind of commentary. Of course the part they showed us was how fish, chicken and cows were killed and cleaned and basically treated as if they were mere objects. Disgusting and shocking; a girl behind me was crying because of it. I still don't see the relevance of that video in regards to our lecture; the teacher simply seemed to think it was interesting. -___-;

Slaggis Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 My days just suddenly gone all sour:( . My sister came back (was obviously on drugs) and started shouting, she left the front door open, one of my dogs ran out and just got hit by a car. My parents have just rushed down to the vet, but the he looked in really bad shape. He's old too (9) so I don't know whether he'll be ok . If he dies I'm am going to go fucking mental at my sister. If my parents don't finally throw her out then I'll move out instead.

ReZourceman Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 Okay, so that thing that happened at work. Someone from another company rang up (An independant financial adviser) He was asking about a transfer of these two pension plans to them. He then said something along the lines of "The Equitable Life plans"....I said "...These are Halifax plans" (I work for Halifax) then he said "No, they're not"....Dumfounded that he was disputing the fact (Cos...you know, he rang Halifax) I politely told him he was completely fucking wrong. He then disputed it again and asked me how sure I was. I explained to him I was 100% certain, as I can see the plans, full details of them, and deal with them on a daily basis) and that if they weren't Halifax plans then I wouldnt be able to see them. He further talked to me like this, and patronised me like "If this was your million pound question and you still had phone a friend, you wouldn't phone a friend, you're so sure?" I was like...Yes....jeez. Anyway, so then he went off on another thing, I told him what the transfer procedure was, and that we DONT have transfer forms, (He had an Equitable Life form) and eventually he said, "Okay, Im starting to believe you. Can I have the number for Equitable Life" So I gave it him, and he hung up etc. 15 minutes later, get a call through. Hahahah "Im sorry Michael you were right blah blah blah" I was the bigger man and said "Yeah its fine, understandable" (LIKE FUCKING HELL Its understandable, ya jack balls!) I had to bite my tongue pretty hard not to say "TOLD YOU SO!" Fuckin' n00bs.
jayseven Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 Haggis you're going to have to make you're own thread at some point. Jesus. Well if karma's real, dude you're going to be RAKING it in when you're older.

My parents still aren't back from the vet! I wish they would call or something at least.
