well we are on the internet...

Fuck. Would never have guessed.

 

Day got bad cos I got an email saying that apparently I didn't hand an assignment in in time. Never mind the fact that it's actually, right now, in the box with everyone elses work and has been since last friday.

There's gonna be a shitstorm tomorrow if I'm told I can only get 40% of the marks, so bring your umbrellas.

happened to a mate of mine, though he had a hand in slip, and i told him to phonix wright the lecturer (present it and shout "take that!") sure enough, he was given an appology and recived a decent mark.

The email was also sent to the other two guys in my flat (and others) and one of them has his lesson 2 hours before mine and quite clearly handed his in.

We're just gonna go tomorrow and at the start of the lesson give em hell I think. Such a shit module...I wouldn't care if I didn't have to pass all of the modules to get into second year.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CROSS A 300 MILE STRETCH OF SEA?!

 

So this means i'll be sleeping on the fucking floor till then. Fucks sake, there is just no sense of urgency or convince living here. Its fucking disgraceful.

Had a nice evening with friends last night, painting a friend's wall. And eating crêpes that tasted more of egg than anything else. =P

 

Today has been a bit meh. Woke up to go to school, cycling really fast to arrive in time (as I left five minutes later than usual). Waited there for 40 minutes only to have our teacher tell us that the guest lecturer messed up and thought she was supposed to be there next week. So yeah, wasted hours. Plus no free day for me next week. =(

 

Went to the library though and got some books for my research class. Think I might nap a bit now, as I have to go to a play in the evening (school related, boooh).

Oh trust me it's the same inland. It took a company three weeks to replace a table for my sisters flat...don't even get me started on the double bed it was silly.

 

Grr at wow, don't know why I bothered, so many freakin' patches that take forever. I tried making an account before the downloads were finished only for it to make me pay when I've yet to get my free trail...games I swear...

 

Going to go job hunting later, probably zavvi and boots, hand in a few c.v's after class, meant to be talking to somebody in the games industry apprently, so that's cool ^_^

There's gotta be a catch. There's a house near mine, rather a flat I think, which is offering £59 a week including bills. There's either something wrong with the place, or they want you to do/film porn.

Ed, bro, I understand completely. I'm supposed to say that things will come good again, silver lining and all... but I dunno. I'd play you at squash and it would be a blood bath as we both unleashed the beast- could be therapeutic. Try and hang in there man and for frig sake, buy yourself an ice cream or something to make up for that dessert. :)

Nothing wrong with the price at all, I think most of the places in town are between 40-60quid a week, including some bills.

 

The guy works for sheffield hallam anyway, really nice chap, even puts locks on the doors etc. So there was no catch. I was definately expecting one. But there isn't!

Before I get told off, is your mate physically disabled?

 

For 56 quid a week with everything included that place is an absolute steal!!! Also, twenty mins is hardly anything, I live about 40-50 minutes away from my Uni (that's by bus) and I pay 80 a week with nowt included (trust Bath to be bloody expensive). If it's a case of someone waking up a bit earlier every morning and getting the bus to uni then it's worth it. Of course, if I'm wrong and they genuinely can't deal with the challenges of the landscape etc, then forget this post!

56 quid a week is actually the higher end for a double bed room in shefs town centre actually, but it's bill included.

 

She is, she has to have a crutch, but she's fully able to walk and can do stairs, but just not that far, even I was out of puff by the end. It's a ridiculous walk. It'd be about £6 a week for buses, but buses stop at 22:20 and trams an hour or so later, so if we wanted to go out we'd have to rely on taxis

 

If it wasn't for the walk we'd nab it off him now, but it's just not worth it. There is other places we've been looking at, not as good mind with bills etc, but still pretty nice. So there's lots of time.

 

I think the most expensive was 90quid a week, but that was because of the area and that's a one off. Not bad really.

*facepalm* but you are forgetting that whilst I can do the journey, danille cannot because she's at another campus and my other friend cannot make the journey because of her leg..
