Personally i cant believe Rome: Total War is above Medieval: TW, sure its prettier but its a step back in terms of battlefield AI (there were 2 tactics in Rome that guaranteed a win every time on the hardest setting) I prefer Halo 1 to Halo 2 in some ways, the multiplayer is a bit more pure for instance and the story is far better.
