For me it's 'f*cker!' .I don't think before saying it or anything, it just seems to come out. I don't think I ever say anything else at such times. Use *'s like Stockadude has done. Whenever anything comes outta the blue or something, I say F*ck, but not in the usual sense. My friend is from Erith which is near Bluewater, and she says something which resembles "facking hell!" So, I use that now, haha. So, for me, it's Faaaaack! Or something like that.
