Moohawk! Posted April 29, 2008 Share Posted April 29, 2008 Impressions after the first couple of hours: I wish I could turn the fucking haze off. The shadows look SHIT. Much more believable and likable characters. Lots of funny dialogue. Still feels like I'm in the tutorial. Gameplay wise still feels like every-other-gta. The handling on the cars is going to take a bit of getting used to. Enjoyed hearing Ricky Gervais on the radio even though he wasn't very funny on it. That first girl you meet doesn't like cabaret or at least looked very bored during it. Wondering if that crackhead that gave me $100 is the new 'hidden package' collectible. Little bit bored. There's nothing to hook me to the story just yet. Liking the cell phone mechanic but wondering why the majority of the press came all over themselves about it. That's what I did because I know I'll be getting paid tomorrow. I'm also with HSBC who don't seem to mind and don't charge if you go over by a bit as long as it comes back in fairly quickly. Noone got paid at work here once when we were meant to, only for it all to, weirdly, come zooming into our accounts half way through the day.
