Somehow I’m no longer upset about the DMC collection not coming to Switch! Cant believe I’m gonna be able to play these on the go! And I’m finally gonna be able to play Tag Climax with friends!

As someone who never really liked most of the X games beyond X1 (Which is an absolute masterpiece), X4 is surprisingly good. It's the first one where Zero is playable and it shakes things up quite a lot.

Slowdown that wasn't in the original games, audio glitches, input lag, various graphics bugs at certain points. Also they removed the famous MM1 pause trick... There's probably more I'm forgetting too.

I was thinking the same thing. I was shocked that they actually got it out in time for this year at all and it's pretty clear that they made some sacrifices to pull that off. I'd expect some performance patches next year as they roll out their DLC plans.

I would've like that too, but I'm ok with good looking 3D here. They have kind of already used that trick twice before, so I'm ok with them taking a different approach. They've captured the spirit of the NES art in 3D quite nicely here

Well that answers my question then! In for MM9 and MM10. Don't care about the rest as long as they're crappy Digital Eclipse ports like on other systems...

Hot diggity damn! That looks GREAT! Showing Mighty No 9 how it’s done! I don’t expect it to be as good as MM9, but if we can get something at least as good as MM10, I’ll be happy. Wonder if it’s Inticreates at the helm again... There has to be a catch though... surely...

Wha? Why? Why this and not the previous MM/Disney collections? Anyway. I’d be cautiously optimistic about this. If it’s another Digital Eclipse botch-job, I’m out.

Biggest thing I want is for Nintendo to come out swinging with the Virtual Console on Switch throughout next year. An extensive selection of NES, SNES & N64 games (at least everything that is on the NES/SNES Mini - ideally everything that is on the Wii U within the first year, but that's just a pipe dream), a decent selection of GCN/Wii VC games (GCN Controller adapter support, physical Wiimote/Chuck support/Joy-con emulation of the Wiimote/Chuck, full GBA/GCN adapter emulation via multiple Switches etc), GB/GBC/GBA/DS/3DS VC emulation (Ok, the latter-most one is again a bit of a pipe dream, but you asked for a wishlist here!), with no expenses spared (Link cable/GBC IR port/DS Wireless support, Official Capacitive Stylus for DS emulation etc). HD up-resing for N64/GCN/Wii games as an option too! I want and expect it all. No excuses, no compromises. No missing features (the lack of multiplayer support for Nintendo's portables on past VC services, outside of the mainline Pokemon games, was absolutely criminal!) The hardware is capable of a no-compromises experience and I am willing to pay the money for an no-compromises experience, Nintendo just need to put the effort in. Then maybe special edition retro joy-cons or reissued classic controllers to go along with it. Then Earthbound Endings/Mother 3. I don't ask for much.

Looks like Zerodiv’s next Arcade release is Gunbird. Just appeared on the US eShop for next week in the Coming Soon section!

I'd be shocked if 80s Overdrive doesn't come to Switch at some point. Its been in development for so long that I can't see them letting it just die on 3DS.

It really astounds me just how much contempt that these shady developers and publishers really have for their customers. I mean, this whole malarkey about Bungie rigging the Destiny 2 XP system to push players towards purchasing loot boxes is basically encroaching unto cartoon villanry territory. Their response is so utterly insipid that I can practically see them twirling their flakey moustaches as they type! And hell, I’m even hearing that they’re actually even lying about turning off the hidden XP modifications! Supposedly they’ve just tweaked them and are hoping that nobody notices! Honestly, you couldn’t make it up! These guys truly think that we’re a bunch of mugs!
