The DS lite ads on Channel 4 are brilliant! The best yet and a great idea for an advert...they stick in your mind. The new Nintendogs advert is pretty tacky, but it will make girls want to buy the game and the console. My opinion is that its great that the GameCube was a failure as it gave Nintendo the kick up the arse that they needed. They were being stupid (Donkey konga advert anyone?) so didnt deserve any help. We now have the DS and Wii...hoorah!

How could you possibly complain about too much Wii support, come on! Hopefully they are spread out though, we dont want any droughts. The Wii cant let us down. I'll be getting Zelda, Red Steel, Far Cry, Blazing Angels, Call of Duty 3, Sonic and Super Smash Bros all as soon as they get released. That's 4 Ubisoft titles for me.:awesome: Pokemon and Super Mario are a must too... Let's not forget Resident Evil. I'll end up with more Wii titles than Gamecube ones at this rate.

I think that the Cube was a failure... 1) Capcom bought Resident Evil 4 and Viewtiful Joe out on the Playstation 2 2) Sega brought Super Monkey Ball and the Sonic Mega Collection out on the Playstation 2 3) Nintendo milked its ageing franchises dry and bombarded us with sports games with Mario in such as Mario Football/Baseball/Tennis/Golf and etc.. 3rd parties would also just shove Mario into a game when porting games to the cube, like DDR Mario. We only got 1 real Mario game and dozens of rip offs. They turned Mario into a whore and milked us for everything we had. 4) Bongos....nuff said...There was a tonne of hype about an amazing Gamecube peripheral and we got some cheap plastic bongo drums... There are lots of fans of Donkey Konga, but im not one of them. 5) Animal Crossing: Nintendo being total idiots. 6) Mario Party 4,5,6,7....... Worse than EA. 7) Barely any games were released when it mattered...you would only get 1 good game a month or so when the PS2 and Xbox were getting over twice as many. 8) Nintendo destroyed their image...The DS is their knight in shining armour.

I've never played Paper Mario and it all looks a bit ugly/cheap to me. Shoot me now! (also hate 3D Metroid...ick!)

It's the most expensive Korean film ever made and the war scenes are better than any game/film i've seen before! The fighting is like WW1 and WW2 rolled into one. The story is also brilliant and is about communities and families getting divided by communism... The story focuses on two brothers who are forced to fight against the communists and they soon get divided due to their changing ideologies. I think all these remakes are racist. Nuff said really.... The Ring, Grudge and Battle Royale should all stay as Japanese films. Americans/Europeans dont want to see Asian films because they dont want to see Asians performing in them. If that's not racist, then I dont know what is. BTW, anybody seen the south korean war film called brotherhood? Best film ever made!

The video is awful. I'd rather play the original Sonic. The whole point about sonic is that he can run awfully fast..the video just shows him sliding on rails and stopping all the time as if he's lost.

How could you possibly put shenmue II down after starting it! Is there any graphical difference or difference in the way the original starts from the second? I havent got far into the game, but I already feel connected with it..I'll follow your advice! Wii to be released on October 27th

I bought my first ever Dreamcast yesterday and it ROCKS!!! I bought Shenmue 2 and havent switched it off yet as im still waiting for my visual memory unit (and rumble pack) off ebay. What a beautiful game!! Also bought Space Channel 5, Shenmue 1 and Jet Set Radio. Im also going to buy Sega Bass Fishing and a dreamcast fishing rod. Never played on a dreamcast before and its now my fav console ever, just after a few hours on shenmue 2. I've never played any of these games and im more excited about them than the Wii/360/PS3. edited: was a bit excited!

How could a cam ever be copying sony... Nintendo fans who were around during the N64 days new that a cam for the N64 was in development for a long time....or was it some kind of 3 dimensional photo booth? To add to Darv's comment.. companies also have to worry about swings in the exchange rate. Exchange rates arent fixed, so a company like Nintendo or Sony dont suddenly want to start making a loss on their consoles just because of an adverse change in the exchange rate.

You wouldnt get it a day early pre-ordering online because they go by courier delivery, which is next working day and you cant intentionally break the release date, unlike with the royal mail with games where it could turn up on a number of days.

It also says that its on the original Xbox, so the Wii will probably have a slightly upgraded one from that.
