  1. Wow, was that a dog? (doesnt explain the clothes) My desk usually gets messy with food wrappers and I currently have some clean clothes just dumped on the floor. I used to be really messy, but i'm picking up pace now.
  2. My desk is much bigger than that. Seems like they have no personal things on their desks either and no blinds for privacy. What happens when the sun is shining in their eyes? The fish tanks are so low that you'll have to kneel uncomfortably on the floor just to watch the fish and who would lay in a bath with no water? The place also looks like a maze. My office is connected to our shopping centre by a short footbridge over the bus station. It has 30 restaurants and cafes, 165 shops, a cinema and a sports centre.
  3. That dashboard picture is hilarious. I'm not too bothered about work. Home is where I relax and if they actually need things like a gaming room, they are obviously working too long and don't get the chance to do these things in their own free time. 9-5 is fine for me.
  4. I bet it will be like those shooting challenges that you can unlock in Resident Evil 4. They could easily recycle levels and re-release these as DLC.
  5. It's talking about units of games, not the prices. Brits are buying more games than Japan.
  6. Watch Love Hina....(no i did not say that)
  7. I know how you feel. Don't worry, no matter how low there's always further to go. I've had like 5 colds since November and never usually get them. If I have one my cold I'll...I'lll.. I've also been waking up early each night because of the incredible pain in my foot. I'm going to see the doctor on Friday because I need to have a cured foot by next Thursday morning. Phoned my bank and its going to take them up to 12 working days to get my £300 back from RBS after their cash machine stole it. I might not even get it back. The splinter in my finger has now gone but I slammed my thumb in my drawer today and it really hurts. Still have my cold. I get that with Barclays. The balance is never accurate and it often leads to me going overdrawn even when I've worked everything out. I've got charged £20 twice for this. You better keep an eye on that £2...
  8. I am going to get another 360 just to get this game! Can't wait. If it's half as good as 4 on the Cube, I'll be happy.
  9. Oops, sorry. I didn't know where to post this. The Wii and DS have been doing so well. *patiently waits for Kirby Super Star Ultra*
  10. UK Overtakes Japan When It Comes To Gaming Sales Figures published by GfK-ChartTrack show that UK has now overtaken Japan as the second biggest games market worldwide as far as unit sales were concerned. The data comes from a joint research venture between three market research firms: one for America, one for Japan and one for UK (that's GfK). Japan still leads the UK when it comes to sales figures although Dorian Block, the head of GfK-ChartTrack, doesn't exclude the possibility that UK surpasses Japan later this year on this as well (ed: that will depend on the exchange rate). For the first five weeks of 2009, the UK console market grew by 37 percent in unit sales and 27 percent in revenue numbers when compared to the same period last year. This could mean that the bulk of the growth has been coming from the lower/budget end of the market combined with the heavy discounting being done by retailers in a bid to boost post-Christmas sales. The US is still number one when it comes to unit sales and revenues although the population of the US of A is five times that of Britain while Japan has twice more inhabitants than in UK. http://storage.itproportal.com/articles/2009/02/10/uk-overtakes-japan-when-it-comes-gaming-sales/
  11. I got a blister on the back of my left foot on Sunday and now I think its infected. I am in so much pain and could barely sleep last night. Feel so horrid right now and to add to my incredibly painful foot, I have a mild cold with a sore throat and nose. ive got a splinter in my finger and im so tired. On Sunday, I also withdrew £300 from a HSBC cash machine and there was a dispensing error and no money came out... The machine said that it debited nothing from my account but £300 is still missing and I dont have enough money for food, let along my holiday which I go on in a week. They are saying that if its not in there tomorrow (its not in there tonight...), I have to fill out a form to get it investigated with my bank Barclays... *****ing hell! I need the money now.
  12. If we had anarchy, the first thing I'd bet would happen is that people would organise gangs and people would pay them for protection from other gangs/groups of people. The gangs would get corrupt and would end up ruling the people as if they were slaves, like they did in the olden days where the rich owned land and the people that were on it. So much for anarchy.:p
  13. Maybe you'd prefer being a North Korean, Tibetan or a Jew in a German concentration camp, not a free person because hippies are just would be slaves protected by people with big guns. Being all cuddly and nice is a universe away from being wise. If it wasnt for our military, our country would have been destroyed so many countless times in our history by people who don't give a s**t about being cuddly and nice.
  14. Sits here eating mentos* tut tut tut, somebody just had to go and make me waste all my money on sweets with their viral advertising.
  15. Yeah, I've seen that, but a guy's penis must be a lot less sensitive than a woman's clitoris because the clitoris has a lot more nerve endings, despite both being made out of the same sort of tissue. Pleasing a woman is hard enough and I bet his bf is going to need a week to recover after the foreplay. Those fake vaginas are weird because if they dont constantly use them, they actually close up and shrink, making them unuseable and they also need lubrication. I bet he will need to stick things in it every day to stop it from closing up. If this guy was scared of his penis enough to have it cut off, I doubt he ever used it for pleasure and I bet he will never know what he has lost. Boys usually start puberty at 12, so he wouldn't have gone through male puberty if he started his treatment at that age. Finally, even if he is taking hormones, he still wont act like a real woman because periods have a big effect on a woman's behaviour and feelings. He wont have those mood swings, how could he possibly be a woman?:p
  16. Why oh why would a guy get his penis cut off? It's not as if they are going to have a vagina at the end of it or even a clitoris coz those have far more nerve endings right? He'll have some scary haunted dry hole instead. If he started having this therapy at 12, perhaps he hasnt even gone through puberty or ever had an orgasm. Perhaps he should have just had his balls cut off.
  17. It was around August 2000 for me. I was a fan of play.yahoo.com. I 'grew up' on the Fighter Planes Forum! That was the best forum on the internet before it died. Clocked up about 8,000 posts. Now I visit Warships1, google.news, engadget.com, eurofighter-typhoon.co.uk and chinese-tools.com
  18. He said Richard a few too many times though. It's not as if somebody needs to be reminded of their own name every few seconds.
  19. Newspapers aren't really worth reading because they all have their own agenda. The Star is my fav (government controlled) newspaper: The headline is "BLATANT LIES"
  20. I never swear, but I often want to rip people's heads off and throw them into walls.
  21. Did you jump up and down on it?
  22. aww @ the youtube video. Congratulations and good luck on the visa *fingers crossed*
  23. Chinese skyscraper builders to put up equivalent of 10 New Yorks, says Rio Tinto · Research suggests 50,000 towers over next 20 years http://www.guardian.co.uk/business/2008/aug/27/riotinto.commodities Can't imagine what Shanghai will look like. Canary Wharf is so tiny it's embarrassing. The Petronas towers are great because of the Marks and Spencer at Suria KLCC (the big shopping centre at the bottom of the structure). Yummy! Malaysians are really proud of it, but I believe that a British architect designed it.
  24. Have any of you guys head the 3 new Gorillaz demos that have been released for Damon's 3rd Gorillaz album? They're pretty interesting! It's just Damon messing around and the demos are really long, but there's some good ideas in there. The songs are called called Electric Shock, Style and Broken. I'm pretty disappointed if this means a delay to the next blur album.
