I must admit, when it came to them showing one last game I had my hopes up for Beyond Good and Evil 2 but daaaayyyyyyummmm! This certainly looked amazing. : peace:

The only game that genuinely had me interested during the Microsoft conference. We'll see if it will convince me to buy the console by the time it's released.

It'll be fine. We had the same issue when we first got our - now only - cat which was a kitten at the time, our existing older cat didn't like it one bit, things calmed down after about a week or two and they ended up being pretty friendly with each other. Trust me you'll wonder what all the fuss was about in less than 2 weeks. : peace:

I still find it enjoyable but I do think that there's a middle-ground... let us have voice chat during private games in addition to the lobbies, they could patch it in during E3 even. At least that would reduce the likelihood of instances where random people end up complaining about certain instances where person 'A' whinges to Nintendo that person 'B' called them an 'Effing Twunt' for knocking them off the course with a Starman power-up or something similar.

Personally I like the second one.

For what it's worth, I still feel like the online in Mario Kart 8 is fantastic even though it's slightly lacking and could do with a few tweaks but once you're in a race all of the negativity disappears as the game plays like a dream. : peace:

It's actually fun... Well not just that but the mainline Forza games always have a more 'serious' vibe to them, Horizon? Less so, you just drive across an open world where you like, picking challenges as you feel like it; generally it's the kind of racing game that manages to hit upon a decent middle-ground despite still not being the best by any stretch of the imagination. In any case though, I kind of liked the original.

That's a great idea, they could release it in line with Gamecube HD titles, downloadable for most but if you buy the Wii U (Cubed) then you get a retail version of the first five GC HD games on one disc, those games being... Super Smash Bros Melee Super Mario Sunshine Metroid Prime The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures Luigi's Mansion Plus a demo of F-Zero GX HD Ultimate Online edition. :P ... What? I can dream can't I?

One thing is for sure... it's a lot faster since yesterday's update.

That sucks @drahkon, I've heard that sleep paralysis can be quite traumatic at times but I can't really offer any advice having not really experienced it myself. Just do your best in your lectures. As for your 'friends' it doesn't seem to me that they are living up to their supposed status so the simple answer would be to forget about them, it's their loss... : peace: ...but then I don't know for instance how long you've known them etc so maybe just see what happens, concentrate on other stuff instead. --------------------------------------------------------- Having said all of that I always feel so awkward and unqualified to be giving out advice, especially as my own life always seems to be so much of a mess... It's going 'OK' at the moment but I can't help but pre-empt things going wrong again soon. It's usually only a matter of time... ...but I will try to stay positive in any case.

There is every chance that you'll be able to download/stream it digitally as Sony mentioned something last year about the 'Playstation Now' service which should allow you to - eventually - be able to play every major game in the history of Playstation - PS1/2/3 - for a small fee but hopefully you'll just be able to buy them separately too. We'll surely be hearing more about it from E3 in a week.

Looks like we can expect to see plenty more cross generation Xbox games... :awesome: ...on the horizon.

It's ok, I appreciate your honesty. Also as it happens I literally just received a reply back from the lady who I messaged last night, so naturally I've replied - once- and she's still online but I'm going to just try playing it cool as I have to leave for work soon in any case.
