  1. Yeah, the 360 pad owns all. It's a really good pad. The cheaper ones simply aren't worth the money they save you.
  2. "Fap fap fap fap fap fap" "No, I'm not going to slit your wrists, you emo" "OH YEAH, PURE FUCKING WIN RIGHT THERE" *with victory dance* "Ah bitch, why won't you just die...." "You wanna?"
  3. Yeah, Bryyo isn't especially motivating, but it really pulls you in further on.
  4. The Wii can do a lot more than Rebel Strike, and I doubt the engine would match Star Fox's style. I'd rather have Factor 5 squeezing every inch out of the Wii like they did with the Cube in Rebel Strike, and then license that to other developers. Factor 5 is one of those companies that had a lot of insight in the GameCube's hardware, as they actually made parts of it. Let's just hope Nintendo gives them full access.
  5. Think this thread sums it up nicely
  6. That is true, but the album came out in October; the physical release adds a second disk if I'm not mistaken. Have you given In Rainbows a proper listen though? I used to dislike Radiohead as well, but this one has turned me over.
  7. Welcome back from under your rock Radiohead was the first to release (the majority of) their album as a download with a 'pay what you want' approach. You could go to their site and download the album for any price you liked, even for free. That was in October already. Rumours are Prince, Jamiroquai and (*gasp*) Pearl Jam are to follow their lead with their next album.
  8. And we're still so young
  9. Doesn't this work? It's a slightly older version, but works fine with me. Don't download the rest of the Windows Live components, they suck anyway.
  10. Like HF said, this delay is due to publishing/localisation issues rather than development issues. The game's gone gold in Japan already, so it's actually done.
  11. I don't know what everybody's problem is with the GameCube 1.5 statement. We all know that the graphical power of the Wii isn't something to be especially proud of, and although saying GameCube 1.5 is a hasty conclusion, supposedly isn't it inaccurate, considering there's 'just' some improvements in the graphics chip. Games can be quite pretty on the Wii, but as a PS3 developer I would've said the same thing; factually it isn't wrong - it's just a bit too simple. They never criticised the controller, and that's where the Wii's strength is at, so I'm completely fine with Factor 5. What I really want Factor 5 to do is to make a licensable middleware engine, so third parties have some good material to make games, instead of ported PS2 engines. They have had a reputation of more general games technology development, so I hope they consider selling the new engine they're making. As for the game, I'm with Shino. I'd rather have a new IP, and let some other studio bother with Star Fox.
  12. Yeah, the Grapple was one of the most awesome things in Metroid Prime 3. The motion controls gave it far more depth than I imagined they would.
  13. Connect to what? It should download from the installer package itself fine. Vista shouldn't be a problem, I have it working as well, ads removed and all.
  14. FUCK YEAH! to Factor 5!
  15. Yeah, I'd fear any amputation as well It'd be... horrible.
  16. Don't you see that doesn't make any difference? Any degree of legitimacy is excluded by the very definition of racism. Sure you might understand why it happens, but that doesn't make it legit.
  17. 1st of July sounds probably good, although it's way too early to know for sure if I have any commitments to University or work that day.
  18. Taking a train to Amsterdam Airport and grabbing a €15 flight to London with EasyJet is probably cheaper. But I guess if the Belgian peeps (Echo, Eenuh) around here are going, then I'd seriously consider going via Brussels.
  19. There'll be loads of partying to do this summer, so I think the chances of me flying to London alone to meet some random people of some internet forum are quite small Never say never though.
  20. I drink beer almost every day (just one bottle though), and go up to ten or twelve on parties. I never get so drunk that I'll do incredibly stupid things however, I just become really funny.
  21. The Dutch system is rather excellent. There's this web site that allows you to toggle whether you donate or not whenever you want. I have mine on off though, but I might change that some day though.
  22. They'd better f*cking make that game for Wii
  23. Whoo, that should be fecking awesomes I'd suggest doing it somewhere around London tho, it's far easiest to travel to for the rest of the Europeans.
  24. Well, if that's everything I need to do to make it heard.. It's signed.
  25. That really sucks man. The thing is though, considering what happened, the chances she has for living a normal life instead of just dying could be considered rather lucky Hopefully she'll manage to fully recover.
