Nintendo needs to be careful about the amount of buttons etc... they add to the Wii-mote and nun-chuck because the whole point of the Wii-mote was simplicity; to bring people back to games!

Oh Yeah!! My freeview box stopped getting More4+1 a few weeks ago and put a message up on that channel saying it would soon be Film 4! I'd forgotten about that! Cool!! Check out Argos, Currys etc... for freeview boxes. You can get them for as cheap as about £30 I think, then depending on where you live, will determine how many channels you can recieve. You will need to get an Aerial attachment for the box (£10 or so) to recieve more channels, and you can keep adjusting the aerial and re-scanning to find more. If you still don't get many then you will need to get an upgrade for the main aerial on top of your house. But this is worth it, because by 2008 (is it?), you'll need this to recieve TV anyway, when the ditigal change takes place!

This sounds awesome!! Probably won't get it as a launch game (if it's out for launch), but I'm definately thinking I might get this now!

There are loads of really short adverts on Channel 4 at the moment that end with the date 23.07.06 on a red background. Anyone know what the adverts are for? I can't think of any new TV programme that might be starting on Channel 4. The 23rd is a Sunday; is it for a movie that's being shown Sunday night?

Yeah mine has the same problem. It will work, but you have to leave the page 'loading' for about 30-60 seconds. Then you'll get a message up on the screen saying something about script problems or something. Once you close the message boxes it will work as normal; but everytime you go back on to the main message page it will do the same again!

Terrible name for a console Tales if it is one, which I doubt it is! Could be another Mobile phone game, a board game?? an interactive TV game??? I have no idea!! Why are Namco wasting their time on these!

Fantastic thread Pedrocasilva!! Dead Phoenix looked to be an awesome game in the making and it's certainly a game I'd like to see make a return. The phoenix transformation is so cool! Not quite sure what type of game this would have been, at first it looks like just a straight forward action/shooter; However, I wonder if you could command the armies on the ground in some way, giving it some RTS elements! or maybe just give them commands like you do in Star Wars Rogue Squadron etc... It looks like there's also a First Person view point for some battles. There was talk for a long time after the game was canned that it was going to be made into a Kid Icarus sequel, which would also be extremely cool!

Hopefully as I said in my original post; because you don't see Venom in the trailer, he won't be in the film (apart from maybe a cameo right at the end), because I think it would make the film too cluttered.Just finish up the Green Goblin story, plus there's Sandman, the symbiote suit and Gwen Stacy etc... Leave Venom for an epic story in Spiderman 4, maybe to be continued into a trilogy?

Yeah I did say; I agree Gerrad has been great overall, though he hasn't been at the standard he's set for himself at Liverpool and overall his shots so far have been poor! Yeah, why whenever I hear a suggestion about how best to play Gerrard and Lampard together, is it always 'Gerrard back in more of a holding role, with Lampard running on'!!??It should be the other way round with Gerrard right up there leading on to Rooney! If you look at where he scored his goal from, that's where he's most effective! If Lampard was left out, I'd go with something like, J.Cole, Gerrard, Beckham, Lennon Carrick

What I do with those cards is purposefully set some time aside to put them all in my deck and go and fight some really easy enemies.Getting the new combo cards that way means it's not just a matter of luck that you get the combo, because your deck is setup for it. It also means the deck isn't full of useless cards (in the hope of getting a combo) when I continue with the story!

I think the criticism against Beckham is extremely unfair! I can understand the points against having him in the squad; his lack of pace and taking the ball round people, but then all players have their faults! Which ever way you look at it, Beckham is the reason we have got to the quarter finals; He won us the group stages! - His free kick scored us the win against Paraguay - He set up Crouches goal over Trin'ago He won us the game against Equador! I think the problem with England at the moment is not with Beckham but with the central midfield, yet the critics/pundits seem to let it go un-noticed! Other than Gerrards goal, I think every other shot he's had has gone over the crossbar! but to be fair, he is passing and creating chances well and did set up J. Coles goal. Lampard though (as we know) has had around 25 shots on goal and not scored once! If Lampard had put just a couple of these away, the negative news surrounding England would be completely different, because we'd have been winning each of our games by 2 or 3 goals and it would have been seen as a convincing win! Whether it's because the two of them still aren't completely comfortable playing alongside each other I don't know, but midfield goals will be vital from now on! If Lampard doesn't improve, I'd think about replacing him with Lennon (maybe moving Beckham inside), Otherwise, why not use Beckham in the holding role (as good as Carrick is) and play Lennon on the right!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Thankfully Venom wasn't in the trailer and Green Goblin was; suggesting Venom may just have an end cameo and be saved for Spiderman 4 onwards!! Which is the right choice and what everyone was hoping for! Also, the black suit now has the white spider emblem on it and the Sandman CGI looks really great! I had heard the official trailer wouldn't be out until September; which is still a long way before the movie in May!
