hahahaha Cheryl gave one of the worst Brit performances I can remember! It was like watching a dubbed Japanese Martial Arts movie!! Pretty much agreed with all the awards tonight... and Peter Kay was surprisingly very good!... Dillon, Jason...!

Maybe that's what you do.

The Mens Snowboard Cross was absolutely fantastic... and has become an instant favourite. There wasn't a dull race throughout the entire competition right up until the final! Amazing stuff!

seriously, you can buy pre made pancake mix/batter in bottles these days! Isn't it a bit strange how loads of people seem to like them and yet this is the only day in the year they actually bother to make them! As though there's some law against it!

Not forgetting that lovely Spiderman font to really give it some class! -
Nah I'm not using the lock-on either... I'd actually forgotten about it until I saw the enemy being highlighted when I had the guide line up once. I'm just aiming in the general direction atm. Yeah everyones politeness is great! The game just has so much charm to it... I love my castle town!

Man this is a great game! This morning I spent my time beating the Onii Club Boss... who tbh was pretty tricky being surrounded by those 4 little suckers... I'm still not entirely sure I'm going about battle the right way, but then maybe that's because I don't ever want any of my people to die! It's basically a case of sending your troops off to do a little damage at a time right?... and calling them back inbetween to avoid the enemy move. But even some of the small onii enemies can prove a bit tricky when they are in a group of 3/4... especially when they come out of the dig holes! Pesky buggers! Then I spent a lot of time building up my village, I've built all the initial buildings, and everything in the farmland other than the shopping centre, got my gold crown logo for calling troops to the castle, can now have 12 in my team and did that leveling up overnight training exercise thing! A couple of niggles thus far would be... getting all of your party up some of the ramps without a few falling off and getting left behind... it seems almost impossible! And the aiming can occasionally be a bit hit and miss, I've sent a few of my party off in the wrong direction/to the wrong enemy under important moments once or twice causing a bit of trouble! The 'lock-on' doesn't seem to actually 'lock-on', but just highlight who you're aiming at!... Any tips? But really I can overlook those things! I love how you can just take it at your own pace, I know I should be off to battle the Onii King, but atm I'm just having too much fun collecting and building! Alot of my townsfolk are falling in love which is nice, oh and I also built the church... crazy minister! Also got a couple of lumberjacks to cut down a few fallen giant trees, got a few more of those to do! I love how things just naturally grow in the town... with new breeds of animals and woodland creatures turning up all the time, there's so much life to the place! I'm a bit puzzled by that giant purse in the farmland atm... guess all will become clear later! And that magical woodland place just behind the village where the sun beams through the trees and people occasionally sunbathe... what a gorgeous place with lovely music!

Yeah I had a feeling they were one and the same. There's that small really steep little hill there aswell.

Really like this one.I need to go back to the Ashmolean one day. Is the castle near the old prison? I can't remember.

What do you mean by old school... you mean you want to screen print your own T's?... If so I've done quite a lot of that through arts foundation fashion and since gone back and done it in other modules... using a silk screen and squeegee, iron on paper (on which you draw and cut out your design with a scaple), a wide range of coloured fabric paints... you'd also need an iron, sharp knife, plastic cutting mat etc........ maybe this isn't what you mean...?

LKS GET!!! Enjoying it a lot so far! I've just been spending the first couple of hours exploring the initial land, giving the villagers jobs, using farmers to open the spring, dig for treasure, cut down logs etc... Have just beat my first mini-boss, the boneheaded cow, though I lost a man doing so... as soon as the festival started the next day I wanted to run to the beach and see if he'd been washed up, but of course everyone was too busy enjoying the festival, so I let them have their days party!... before the exploration continues on over the river into Onii! Question: how do you increase the strength of your villagers? just from using them in battle?... I put a 5* farmer into the soldier house and he came out as 4*... and the same with a 4* becoming a 3*... which I think was the guy I lost in battle... he didn't get out of the way of the stampeeding cow in time! Very much enjoying it!! Just wondering how much I can trust Howser right now?... what with his late night meeting with Liam putting the sign up, and he very much appears to have his own agenda!

The mens speed skating final was great, where two of the Koreans in the front four took each other out on the last corner!

Wow from that youtube video this does look really good! I've never played the series, always wanted to try Halo 1, but now I feel it'll be too dated to fully enjoy, and Halo 2 & 3 never excited me all that much. But I'd be very interested in playing this! It kinda feels like a fresh chance for those who haven't played the previous games, but I guess you will miss out on a good few story references! Question though: what on earths happened in the last 2 years or so to allow for them to push this game SO much futher than Halo 3???... the way they'd talk, you'd think we were on the next generation of consoles! If I were really into the series I'd probably be a little dissapointed Halo 3 didn't get this production!

I've never been on a network of elevators that transends through a planet, so I have nothing to compare it to

Lakitu was almost a playable character with his own bike! That would have been cool!! Are those Bowser airships in the world map for NSMB Wii?... because the aerial views appear to have paths and 'level stops' on them... just wondering if it was perhaps leaked artwork for a new Mario Party otherwise? Overall a good Top-10 from GT... it would be difficult to please everyone. Personally I'd have swapped Twilight Princess for Shenmue!

I thought the opening ceremony was really great, especially the projection work done on the floor, with the shifting ice sheets and then the whales, fantastic! How embarassing was the women who sang the national anthem though! For some reason she was miming and clearly couldn't hear the music, so her lip sincing was WAY off... oops!! Such upsetting news about the Georgian luge athlete, sounded like a really horrible accident, and the rest of the team looked really saddened when they walked out, shame they couldn't enjoy it, felt sorry for their loss and felt a bit sad. REALLY looking forward to watching these winter games, the winter olympics are fantastic!!

Yeah I was just about to post the same thing, I'm quite surprised, I thought everyone would have at least heard of him even if you know none of his work etc...

Fashion/catwalk shows are largely used to inspire and set trends/colours for others to then bring on to the highstreet.
