I don't blame you for not wanting to be best buddies again, and you had absolutely no duty to do so! But at the very least you cleared the air. Sorry for your loss bud! Everything's been seriously chaotic for me. My dad needs a triple bypass as a matter of urgency as his main artery junction going into his heart has 3 lesions on it. Surgery on my dads private surgeons waiting list is 7-8 weeks. NHS is 4 MONTHS. I had a holiday planned for just about 7 weeks time so that has to be cancelled, we are rushing around trying to change everything, and hoping we can go week after next.

brilliant!! now get cleaning that porch, look at the cobwebs man!!

I only really stretch for the squats, because i have v tight quads. Most of it is done when you do warm ups, ALWAYS do a set with just the bar to get the blood flowing and muscles moving without undue stress
-
I had a really crappy day and was crying sad tears, and you turned it around to tears of laughter. Thank you @Goafer. This is so real lol I really need a walk in refrigerator........!
-
Just make sure you stretch and warm up correctly and muscle soreness wont be a problem. muscle cramps, take a break, joint pain, stop.

holy shit that blind bidding stuff sounds bananas. N.Ireland is great lol. One can buy a 3 bed with garage for like 110k. My house was 70k. The only trouble is getting a job above min wage LOL As a birth scot I appreciate the Irn Bru jokes

And I terrified everyone at the gym I'm currently doing Keto combined with intermittent fasting, and I am planning to save enough to get some kind of squat rack. boooooooya. (i have no money and just bought a car on finance lol )

Legal advice: leaving job during redundancy period

NHS can refer reference requests to HR who will just confirm dates of employment. I would say unless said employee was like one in (special) Agent Gibbs' case there would be little they would actually do against said employee. -
Oh Josh thats so awful I just want to hug you and bawl my eyes out with you. That moment my little freddy's light went out, when his head dropped, I physically felt something leave me, more than a physical pain could ever do to my soul. Yet life moves on without him and that hurts me too. I have anxiety as well, but i suffer more with adhd/ocd than anxiety. My whole life is feeling upside down, everything is on its head, and I just miss my wee lad

She could be just as equally confused about this whole thing as you are. I agree with Ashmon x2. Speak to her and listen and don't assume you have it down that shes in this avenue when shes maybe somewhere else. This is a generalization, and its not always 100% true BUT i find that younger women just aren't good at talking about these things, whether it be young inexperience, or childish games. I was freakin' terrible at that age. Also colleagues are twats, there is usually AT LEAST one person who will nosey and poke fun at this scenario, and that combined with the youthful awkwardness is a bad combination! Even in a stealthy bag, its still not the best idea, imo. But it was a lovely thought & i understand you may not have had the opportunity to give it to her at any other time. edit: can I just say @Animal you do deserve someone really wonderful, and maybe all this running hot and cold isnt for you, thats ok too.

while it may not feel like hes directly with you, i have a great belief that departed loved ones guide us in ways we don't directly feel or see, like what happened to you.

aww yay <3 I'm still reeling from the loss of my poor wee cat, went out and bought a new car to make me feel better.... lol i am just noticing that car is cat with an r. I'm not in a position to take another cat #3 right now as i have a holiday in the upcoming months (i like to have a few clear months to integrate cats) and i'm boarding mine during the holiday so i don't want to overload my friend with extra work. Spending time with the two I have just giving them loads of love

I have a pair of Do Wins (and I love the name lol) and I have to say yes. yes. yes. good footwear is probably the best piece of "equipment" you can own when it comes to lifting. Cons or basic as fuck flat shoes for deads (or no shoes if you're that way inclined) and good solid WL shoes for squats/snatches/cleans. My coach did squats in a pair of nike airs many moons ago, squatted 120kg and the bubble exploded and he very nearly did himself a very serious injury!

Not silly in the slightest, your grandad is still there with you in spirit

Aww they're lovely! Such kindness <3

I don't even want to think what mine would have been like if I was in a chain. 6 months delay and it was empty and i wasn't selling anything myself!!!
-
aww thats so sweet. Just don't shout at or physically "punish" cats, they don't respond to that at all. The only time i ever shout or make noise is to distract fighting, which you wont have. I love how you're talking to him and he's responding <3 Hes a great wee lad!

I think if you are married you are legally binded to get the mortgage together, I could be wrong though, your financial advisor would be your best bet for an answer on that. edit: just spoke to my mum, apparently my dad bought the house in just his name, so it seems possible. This was 20 years ago when they were handing out mortgages to anyone and everyone though lol

Hes comfortable in your home, just not with human contact...it seems I've been watching your progress on facebook, you are making huge strides with him, just keep being patient!

@Josh64 i'm so sorry to hear about your little one. Sadly the day after I posted here my little one declined so much that i had to rush him to the vet, where we decided to send him to the rainbow bridge. Those few minutes of my life were the worst, simply because it was so unexpected, came out of nowhere 2 weeks ago, and he was only 7 years old. The only thing getting me out of bed every single day is my other 2. Poor Sparky has been in a very very bad way, he has a bad case of cat flu, ontop of the grief of losing his best friend. Clementine is doing ok but shes only been here for a few weeks and never really got to bond with Freddy at all. I honestly think she was sent to me for a reason as her happy little moments are the only thing i'm hanging onto at the moment. I only realized yesterday how many people have my back.. one of my friends who runs a home for kitties (its like an old peoples home for special and older kitties) arranged for a few of the people i know really well to be there for me today, even though a lot of them had plans and had to rush off after seeing me. And every single one of the kitties fussed around me, they have a sense for someone grieving and they just know you need comfort. I am devastated beyond words but being held together by an awful lot of special people and kitties.
