  1. I'm glad. Your opinions still stagger everyone, the world over. I was referring to striking partnerships. Rooney playing by himself isn't a partnership. If England had a striking partnership, they'd be the top of course but they do not. They play one up top, AGAIN THIS IS NOT A PARTNERSHIP. Sigh. @MadDog As Flink said, Evans won the ball. Small margins but that was the difference. Absolutely delighted with that performance, we were the better team and deserved to win the match. I thought everyone was top notch, bar perhaps Gervinho, tried ever so hard but just wasn't his day. We shouldn't fear playing any team and on the basis of today, we're not.
  2. That's the one thing that fucks off with the Gym. I'm normally on a pretty tight schedule and it's very frustrating. when you can't get the weights or use the machines you need. It's easy for people to say just use something else but it's not quite that simple when you have a specific workout plan.
  3. They've only played 12 times between them at national level. I don't doubt Rooney's quality as a player but he's never been very good in a partnership, his record for England isn't that impressive and the style he plays means he often is the only forward England play. If England had a settled strike partnership they'd most likely be best of the home nations. They don't though which is what I was getting at.
  4. Rooney is the far better player but England haven't had a settled front two since the days of Owen and Rooney and until they do I'd take Fletcher and Rhodes above just Rooney.
  5. Mulgrew is worth so much more with his ability from the deadball, he's got such a sweet left foot. Darren Fetcher is a first choice in midfield if fit, the rest i'm not too sure. Forrest has to play as well as he's a genuine threat. You've then got the likes of Brown, Adam, Snodgrass, Morrison and Maloney. Adam is perhaps the better foil for Fletcher but he's so slow. Berra is murder, he never looks convincing in anything he does. Unfortunately we have very few options there. Caldwell is also murder, far better in midfield but not good enough to play there outright. Fletcher and Rhodes upfront is arguably the best strike force of all the home nations.
  6. Craig Levein is a tool. Complete and utter. Forgetting the whole Fletcher thing, his 3 competitive wins in 20 games have come against the might of Lithuania and Lichtenstein. His whole formations and anal love for Kenny Miller. He then made the valid point that quite a few of Scotland's players have improved over the last couple of years and earned big moves. He then made the mistake of trying to take the credit for this outcome. Add to the fact he can't even shave. He's a fucking disgrace and he's ruining our national side.
  7. I like the changed colour in iTunes and Passbook has the potential to be awesome. NOW GIVE ME SOME DAMN THINGS TO PUT IN PASSBOOK PLZ APPLE.
  8. I've gone through 4 pairs of the Tour Beats since Christmas and that's with me barely using them, I just stick to the Apple one for workouts and going/coming from work.
  9. Kieran Gibbs was phenomenal yesterday, keep forgetting how young he still is. He could easily go on to be one of the best left back there is if he can consistently stay fit. Apart from Woj, who didn't have anything to do bar one gaff, the whole team amazing. Do feel sorry for the Saints, what a horrible fixture list to start the season.
  10. Not too sure whether too upgrade. I'd need to get the 64 gb version and I can't justify the price for what it overs my current 64gb 4S.
  11. You disappoint me greatly. Greatly.
  12. Personally, I find Shreddies have no rival in the breakfast cereal department.
  13. Forum. I have a serious question. Do Weetabix Minis with chocolate chip taste as good as they look?
  14. Absolutely correct on the belt front. I like the current iPhone set up and i dislike the current trend of making everything bigger. In the end it's still a phone and although videos may look sweet on it, i'm not going to be watching much videos on a screen of that size. It wasn't long ago every manufacturer was trying to make things smaller, now it seems to be completely reversed.
  15. The weight isn't the problem for me, it's the size. It's not far off the size of the average hand.
  16. Apple could design a turd and it would still far outsell anything Samsung could muster. The S3 is a great phone features wise but unfortunately it's a fucking brick. Better wear a belt if that bad boys in your pocket.
  17. The Nano could be handy for the gym and running. My Touch tends to jump all over the place, especially if i've got on running shorts which are pretty lightweight at best.
  18. Yeah, the size is one problem for me. LOLZ
  19. At least the Nano has been redesigned somewhat. I'm fairly content with my 4S until my contract runs out. Might get a Nano and change to a different non-android phone when my contract is up.
  20. Why would you need a back button? you can navigate where eve you need too without one. The whole idea of Touch screen is to limit the use of buttons. It doesn't need anymore.
  21. I'm looking forward to seeing something that drives technology and the industry forward, not petty he said/she said arguments.
  22. http://www.atpworldtour.com/Finals/2012/Tickets/Tickets.aspx?camefrom=CFC_UK_ATP_EN_728x90_POSTUSOPEN Tells you what sessions are when on the home page.
  23. This is unquestionably the greatest era for Men's Tennis. You've got 4 guys who are miles ahead of anyone else and at the moment i'd say none of the top 4 are ahead of each other. They've all won one slam and Murray also has the Olympics. Really be glad to see Rafa back soon, then end of season tour championships will be phenomenal.
  24. Christ, this thread remind of the old CE days, these milestone threads used to crop up fairly often. I feel old now.
