Saw the pilot of Arrow on Monday. I liked it. I've heard good things about upcoming episodes too.

Jericho is fucking top notch, one of my all time favourite shows. The second season suffers a little from trying to cram so much into 7 episodes but it's still good.

Had a pretty decent week in London. Visited the Imperial Aar Musuem in London and at Duxford, Toured the Emirates, went to the WB Harry Potter Tour at Leavesden Studios and met Nick Clegg outside Whitehall. All in all, a decent 6 days.

The whole Megan Stammers case pisses me off. Yes in the eyes of the law the guy was wrong but let's not for a second think she's innocent in all this. How much millions was wasted in tax payers money for girl to decide to swan off only to be declared missing. She wasn't 'missing', she wanted to leave. I absolutely understand where her parents are coming from, they had no idea what their daughter was up to. The teacher should be dealt with as the law dictates, I just don't like that she gets off with no consequences and is considered the innocent party, she knew full well what she was doing, she wasn't forced against her will. To me, that makes mockery of people like missing little girl from Wales. That may sound harsh but something similar happened at my school between a teacher and a pupil I knew and in that case the pupil was the one doing all the running. Obviously the teacher is wrong, I don't dispute that but the law should be there to deal with the kids too. Technically it is rape, but again it's the wording of the law. We all know it isn't, most of the kids in these cases are just as complicit as the adult. I've always classed rape as sex against your will, that isn't the case in the majority of these teacher/pupil relationships.

He's only played 13 games in European competiton. The guy outscored Andy Carroll in the Championship playing for a much weaker side than Carroll's Newcastle. The simple fact is that if he wasn't playing in Scotland, he'd be in that team. Bar Rooney, every other English striker is an inferior player, take that from someone who has watched Hooper since he came to Scotland. His movement is second to none, he excels playing up top without support and he's a pure finisher.

Whatever Rodgers is doing, he's still a football manager. To listen to some people he's creating some world revolution that will only be referred to as 'The Plan'.
