  1. It's not an exact calculation but my aim for when I do a similar thing will be an extra 500 calories a day, which should result in a 1b a week gain. Obviously eating the right sort of stuff so it's all lean muscle. I'ld like to add maybe 8-10lbs of muscle so i'd guess it might take me about 2 months. For me, that's fairly achievable, eating a lot more a day and I probably get fed up after a week.
  2. Depends on what you're aiming for and exactly how much bulking your presently doing. How many extra cals are you taking in a day?
  3. I've been meaning to start watching this for ages but never have gotten round to it. SHOULD I DO EEET?
  4. Not really as Santos has barely been involved lately. Vermaelen needs to discover his form from before his long injury, he was phenomenal back then. I think he's trying too hard since being made captain, feels he needs to carry the team. Koscielny was class last season, he was France's best player at the world cup and didn't even play every game but he's not turned up this season. I don't think it helps he's been in and out of the team but it's not much of an excuse. These are very good players just not playing to the level they should be.
  5. We need to sort our defence. Scoring goals isn't our problem. Keeping them out maintaining concentration for a whole match are.
  6. Get this touch pad gash to fuck. I don't want all this motion bullshit. JUST PWETTY GRAPHICS AND A NEW UNCHARTED PLZ.
  7. I play in a Sunday night league at goals and going into out last game we need to win by at least a 20 goal margin to gain promotion into the top division. We won 19-2
  8. You can lift the empire state building and you won't see that much difference, it's more about what you're eating.
  9. I was sure it wasn't a dive when I saw it was Giroud, he really does seem a genuinely nice guy but I struggled to defend him upon seeing the replay So happy to see him playing so well, so many wrote him off when he first signed because he missed a couple of chances. Not only does the guy score but he creates so much around him and he's only going to get better. As for the game. I'm sick of hearing "we need to trust in our quality". I don't like to bad mouth Wenger but surely someone had some dirt on him that forced him to sign Santos. He's nothing like a usual Wenger signing, he barely looked fit enough to finish 30 mins, let alone the whole match.
  10. You can do all the sit ups you want and have perfect abs but you won't be able to see them if you're carrying around too much fat round the belly. Anyways, sit ups are a waste of time, they're of very little benefit and put unneeded stress on your back. Better off with a combination of exercises that work the abs in different ways, like planks, bicycle kicks, crunches/reverse crunches and some leg raises.
  11. Yeah, it's personal preference. For me, having suffered a serious knee injury a few years back, i'm always paranoid about putting too much stress on it and I do feel it when I start going past a certain point.
  12. Could do. It's weird, it's not a limited edition but every shop is sold out, awaiting more stock.
  13. From some of the videos i've watched from prominent strength & conditioning coaches, they advise against that. Put's far too much stress on the knees, they all say the ideal is to keep a straight line between the knee and the arse.
  14. I suppose it depends on how heavy you're squatting. I believe the optimum technique is your arse in line with your knees.
  15. WHY IS THE MASS EFFECT TRILOGY OUT OF STOCK ON EVERY ONLINE SHOP.
  16. I can't be sure if you mean St. Andrews or in fact Scotland, so let Wikipedia help you out. St_Andrews Scotland
  17. Did no one wonder where they got the name for the town St. Andrews from? You know the place with the elite University and of course where it all started for Wills and Kate. Which is in Scotland of course.
  18. Yes because bar the Olympics the questions are based on the events of the past 6 years in this country.
  19. Murray looked a bit spent towards the end, he'd probably have won had he taken one of those break points early in the 2nd set. If you think Murray complained a lot there, that is nothing compared to his earlier years. he's a small glass of sunshine nowadays in comparison
  20. It's all personal preference but for me I always get the biggest buzz from cardio. Something about pushing your body through that last mile even though you're dying, you're legs feel like jelly and your arse is soaking from the howling rain that can't be topped from lifting weights. I lift weights because I need too, I can't say I particularly enjoy it.
  21. Forgive my ignorance but why is it so ridiculously expensive to buy some PS3 game from the Playstation store than it is from retail. It's outrageous.
  22. Jon

Cool man, i'll just stare at your name until you accept my request.

You absolute bollock sack. What's your PSN ID again?

  24. Harsh man. I feel your pain, I had tendinitis in my knee a few years back. I remember how bad the frustration was, wondering if my knee would ever get back to feeling normal. According to the doctor, mine was most likely the result of my ACL I had repaired many years ago. I'm fine now but it's always a concern it will flat up again.
