Why can't they use that? If that's the criteria for a first time offence that in the game of football doesn't happen very often, they'd be stupid not to use that in their thinking. Especially when it involves the same person. I'd agree with the different player thing, as the majority won't have the tainted disciplinary record that Suarez does. It's embarrassing all this propaganda Liverpool are coming out with. Everyone talking about what a great guy he is and how according to Rogers he's never put a foot wrong. He never takes any responsibility, it always somehow ends up with him being hard done by and Liverpool being victimised somehow.

Typical Liverpool, paranoid to the max. The idiots who keep comparing the outcome of the bite to that of a serious injury such as Ramsey suffered or Jimmy Bullard are complete missing the point. Injuries happen as part of football, it's a contact sport and tackling is a major part of that. It absolutely not the point that Ivanovic is fine, it's the whole act. You don't bite someone in any walk of like, let alone a football pitch, let alone for the second time in your career. As the ban itself, he is a repeat, repeat offender. Didn't see many complain when Balotelli was going to be banned for so many games. Taking off your red tinted glasses, how exactly did you expect him to fair? Why would they ban him for 3 games when he got double that the first time he decided to play vampire. It's nothing to with him being Uruguayan, it's do with him being a cheat. I don't care how much of a gent he is off the pitch, he needs to learn where the boundaries are. There's plenty of players who play on the edge but don't go over it. I don't know whether it's a psychological thing with Suarez, he just doesn't seem to be able to play the game without courting controversy. It's an almost pathological need to be in the news, and not in a good way. I'm sure it's coincidence that most of the people who thing the ban is too harsh are related to Liverpool in some way.

Eat breakfast. Seriously, all the conflicting diet plans in the world all universally agree that you eat breakfast. It gets your metabolism burning for the rest of the day. That calorie amount is still way too small.

Try eating.

At this rate it won't be long before he's slapping John Terry about with his cock.

My gym is £19 a month, no contract so can be cancelled at any time. Can sometimes be a battle to get a squat rack but it's not too bad at all.

Ah, One of those showers was it?

Was looking forward to some good workouts this week, unfortunately I sprained my wrist on Friday so no weights for me for the foreseeable future.

When you decide to terminate life, you forgo your rights to be treated fairly and compassionately as a human. There is no rehab that can undo murder. The families of the deceased will have to pay a price for the rest of their lives, how exactly is solitary confinement unfair in that regard. I'm continually amazed at how people still feel murderers in this regard deserve to be treated with humility. I don't totally agree with the death penalty, not because I'm against the death but for me it's an easy way out. There is no crime worse than murdering another human, simple as that. Punishment for the sake of punishment is just that, it doesn't need a purpose, there is no end goal. No amount of punishment could be worse than what the relatives of the deceased are going through. Society doesn't have to be the 'bigger man'. You cross a line like this, you're no longer welcome to be treated like a human.

Hey guys. I think this film will be really good.

Coincidentally he seems to have disappeared just as things have become a little shaky for the filth.

Someone's a little grumpy from Thursday night

There's plenty to do during summer, I need football to get me through the cold depressing months of the winter. WINTER IS COMING.

I'd like to see how David Cameron would get on in a purely Conservative government, only because it's hard to rate his time as PM fairly when he's got one hand tied behind his back with Clegg and his goons. I don't always agree with him but I definitely wouldn't call him spineless, he certainly was never going to have it easy trying to clean up the mess Blair and Brown left.

Ran 18km yesterday, 2 hours of weights this morning and a 11km run this evening. Dear body, please be kind to me tomorrow.

I have a certain level of respect for anyone who has beliefs and sticks solemnly too them, whether I agree with them or not. For every person who loathed her, there was a person who loved her. My dad always said it was better to have lived and divided opinion than drift through a life of obscurity. RIP.

Not a bird fan then?

Ming-Na was class on ER until her stupid father related storyline that got so boring, and as Maggie said, she randomly forgot to come back to work and they wrote her out.

Tragic how most people predicted Arsenal would finish outside the top 5 a few weeks ago and Spurs were the second coming (again). A few sensible people (myself included) did point out we'll still finish in the top 4, most likely above the filth. I absolutely still stand by this happening. All most every March time we get a few bad results and the media says the club is in free fall, only for us to finish strongly. Goes without saying that the almost annual dip in form is eradicated but it's pretty comical how many so called 'people of the game' write off Wenger after a few defeats. We may not be the team we once were, but we're still a club to be reckoned with.

If only life was actually like She's out of me league, and we could all pull smoking chicks like Alice Eve. One day.

Changed up some tricep exercises during the last workout. Usually do kickbacks but changed to some skullcrushers. Judging by the discomfort the next day, they were far more effective.

The heart rate thing on those machines are bullshit. Unless you're wearing a proper monitor round your chest, don't listen to any device that claims to be measuring your heart rate.

To anyone complaining about their national side. Take solace in the fact your national side isn't Scotland.

I've never understood the love for Kimi, I fucking detest him. He genuinely looks like he doesn't give a fuck. I know the Scandinavians are a little less prone to showing emotion but I've never seen one who looks so uninterested. I also don't find his brand of dry humour at all funny. Not a massive fan of Vettel and it's hard to argue with his record but I'd love to see how he would have done had him and Hamilton's positions been reversed for the past few years. How much was it Vettel winning those championships and not the car. I've seen so many amazing drives from the likes of Button, Hamilton and Alonso where they've been fighting a dodgy car or bad luck. Can't say the same for Vettel.

I use to love the grove back in the day, didn't start watching it until after Ant and Dec had left.
